He started giving me hi-fives and sending pictures to his family, like, look what my wife made me...lol It was funny and inspiring at the same time. He called one of his cousins over to try it and let me tell you, that one there, he's iffy. Sometimes he'll like something, sometimes he won't. The first bite, he looked at the bowl and said 'WTF'? I had to laugh...he killed the bowl and took some to go. My brother found out I cooked it and said he was coming for his portion as well. I watched this video last night. Having just eaten a one pot meal just like this minus the shrimp and the Prudomes. It never occurred to me to use shrimp in it. I peel my potatoes and put them in cold salted water and they don't turn brown. This is the second time in a month I've heard about the vinegar thing and I'm 59 never heard of that before. I am new to canning and a woman soaks her potatoes in vinegar. Interesting I'm going to have to try that technique also. I see you have 73 thousand subs. So share this video people so we can get him that 100,000 play button for Christmas. Like, subscribe share and ring that bell. He's got great recipes.
