- There's something about a crispy skinned potato with a fluffy, pillowy interior that we just can't get enough of. Well today I'm going to show you how to make this amazing shrimp Stuffed Loaded Baked Potato extremely loaded with juicy Cajun shrimp and a delicious creamy sauce then top of with four Mexican cheese. You can also make this with chicken
Ingredients!
Two russet potatoes ( oil, salt)
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 cup bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
16 oz. four Mexican cheese (divided)
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tbsps. butter
1/2 cup heavy cream

Since you put this out I've made it TWICE! Absolutely delicious, the shrimp are fire. The sauce is actually so good that because it sort of bakes into the potato (delish!) I made a bit extra the second time and poured it over once plated up - five star recipe 🙌🏼

Never thought of putting shrimp on my baked potatoes....looks so Delicious!!!😋
We have been making twice baked potatoes like this for the past 40 yrs. In my family they are so delicious 😋 If you don't like Cajun you can use old bay. It's a seafood spice. We use canned cream and chop shrimp potatoes and sharp cheese mix it put it back in the potatoe. Top with sharp cheese and shrimp.
