You did your best to save him ♥ I love how the other ram's were trying to escape the ram pen and play when the body was being removed they thought it was a game cute playful ram's another awesome video 💛🖤🤍
The ewes look so content growing their baby bumps. Can’t wait for the lambs to arrive! You guys do a wonderful job all around. 🐑💛 What a lot of enthusiasm little Alexi has! I hope it encourages the others to come closer. 😊🐈
It was wonderful seeing Leonard!!! I’m so sorry about the passing of the ram. I know you did all that you could to help him. Your little ally cat reminds me of my friend’s kitty named Alex! He’s a beauty too. I received my Ewetopia Farm’s calendar yesterday and I’m over the moon!!!!! Absolutely stunning 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
Good morning Arnie and Lynn. Awe the boys are looking good. They love their attention too and they just make the day. Max and Ben just love their life. Happy boys. Absolutely yes the animals are in Ewetopia. ❤❤❤. Tge new light bulbs do help. You look super cute in red. I didn’t realize that was the reason you didn’t go close to the wall. Thank you for explaining that fact. Tuni is a very pretty girl. Oh. So very sorry. That is sad to lose any sheep. I feel like you guys always treat the sheep so well and issues like this aren’t happening everyday. Are all your calendars gone. Big big hugs to you both. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😉😉
So sorry about the ram lamb . Thank you for explaining the whole process out . I didn't know sheep could get it. I have a friend with goats and she said goat whethers are prone .
Yes, Wethersfield seems to get it even worse. We don't have any wethers. I used to sell wethers as pets, and they were at higher risk. I believe male cats have it, too 😌
Wethers are higher risk because they are often castrated very young, leading to a smaller urethra. Less risk if they are not castrated until at least 4 months old to give the urethra some time to mature.
Happy day , two in a row! I am always amazed at the amount of work you do. You are amazing. Watching the lambs jumping always cheers me up. Merry Christmas!
He is so adorable! He definitely looks like a Tiger with the stripes and coloring. However, I have been calling him Alexander and it seems to have stuck!😁
Your sheep ❤you because many come up to you. If I was a sheep, I would love to be on your farm. 😊 Ladies in waiting look like they’re ready to finish their pregnancy. Tuni looks beautiful. Sorry for the loss sheep. He had a nice life at Ewetopia. The vet care sounds too painful, which only solves a symptom but doesn’t cure the disease. You did the best you could. 🐑♥️ Farm life has its good and it’s bad. Thanks for sharing with us.
My Christmas came early when my calendar arrived yesterday!!🎄😊 Now I have a little bit of Ewetopia at my house too! 😊 Sorry that the ram didn't recover!! The stones are terrible in male goats too. Rarely have I heard of the animal recovering if the symptoms go beyond a day or two. You guys did all you could do to save him! The girls are looking round!!😂 I hate to see you guys overrun with work, but I love lambing!!!❤😂 Thanks for sharing and stay safe!!
I was lucky with my goat wether, when he was blocked, my state vet got him unblocked, but my vet bill was very high, and i struggled to keep him from becoming blocked again. I sold my wethers to a pet farm as i was going into equine college, so i don't know if the farm was able to keep him healthy or not?I'm sad, i'm sorry you lost a ram to calculi.
Yes, I has a vet in twice to try help one ram. It worked for awhile but $1000 and a month later, he still died of stones. I think their best chance is to pass it on their own but unfortunately some don't. The question is how long do you wait? It's a tough call 😢
Hey Arnie and Lynn love following you guys, keep up the good work, sheep farming has its up and downs for sure. I lost a ram lamb to stones this year too , never tried vinegar but will keep that in mind, thanks for the tip. Little tiger cat looks like a Tigger !
Hi Natalie! Haven't heard from you in awhile. Hope things are well with you. Vinegar does sometimes work but we feel adding limestone to the grain ration may be better as a preventative measure.
With goats, the stones are mostly caused by grain, more specifically, corn. Our feed also contains ammonia chloride which helps prevent stones. If we have a goat that is starting to get a blockage the first thing we do is remove all grain. It's hay and grazing for that one from then on. Some will still get them anyway, but the chances are less. I just sold the last of my goats last week, so I just have barnyard birds, now. I think if I get any more livestock it'll be a few sheep. For that lovely little tabby I think you should name him Star since he is trying hard to be the star of the kitten brigade ! He's adorable.
Sorry about the ram. Have you considered banding that lump? I know not the same but I banded a mole on my dog that he kept scratching. It worked for me. 🤷🏻♀️ Alexander is such a flirt lol

Yes, they totally wanted to play!😄

Thanks Mary! It shouldn't be long now!🙂

Yes, animals have a way of putting a smile on your face even when you are having a bad day!😄
Your videos are very educational and interesting, my dear friend👍👍👍🤝💥
Thank you 😊
You have Buddy, Tommy, and Scotty, so it needs to be something with y on the end. Bobby Randy Ziggy
I've been calling him Alexander! Lol! I didn't think about the y. Maybe Alexi!😆
Sad about the ram lamb. You did your best. Call the kitten Tiger. He is adorable❤

Thanks. Despite bad things happening sometimes, I do think the sheep here are living the good life 😊
@@EwetopiaFarms yes, they do. I’ve watched quite a few sheep farmers, and that’s why I say that if I was a sheep, I would love to be on your farm. 🐑♥️
Thank you. We do try so hard with all our animals @@davilynwentzel9551

We have saved our share of them but lost our share too. It really us a gamble. So glad you got your calendar too!

Yes, we add limestone to the ration. Same idea. I have named him Alexander but I do appreciate the suggestion!!😁
The kitten's name should be Casanova. lol
😁
Sorry about the ram.

Alexander is such a flirt lol
Yes, I keep meaning to band it. I think that should work well with no blood and prevent it catching on something 🙂 Yes, he is such a flirt!🥰
Sorry about your ram. As for naming the cat, his tail reminds me of a tiger's tail. Tiger-tail is my name suggestion.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊
Can you band that growth?
I'm not sure about a band, but I think we will tie it off somehow. It looks like a giant skin tag
