I feel your pain Arnie!! That's why I hate having to go to the dentist!! I don't know which is worse the toothache or the pain in my pocketbook!!😂😆😵 I really enjoyed your sharing about the shows! It's always interesting to hear about your past experiences with your sheep! I'm so glad to see Sally doing well! She does blend right in with the lambs. I didn't think I had missed an episode but had to ask. Sally must have been camera shy for a few days!!!😂 Thanks for a great video and stay safe!!!
Hi Lynn and Arnie. Be happy the dental bill is only $400,, that is a drop in the bucket these days. Looking forward to seeing green grass, the trees budding and flowers blooming. Thank you for the vlogs, my daily farm visit. Have a great day.
Glad to hear your story, I've been binge watching your UA-cam videos lately...!!! I love all your stories and footage of your pastime's hobbies 💯👏💜 I'm amazed by all the breed's of sheep at the sheep show's
Thx Lynn and Arnie for the update and for sharing a bit of your history... that was nice. You both are just friendly people... and I like that. Have a nice day. Here I am getting ready to go to bed... ❤❤❤
Dorpers get fat on air they breath. When we first bought our first few sheep the gentleman we purchased them said, be careful, they get fat on a dirt road. Wish you still had a dorper flock. It’s very hard to find nice healthy flocks of Dorpers in Canada. I have a few leaner ewes after lambing but as soon as they wean their lambs they bounce back overnight it seems. Definitely easy keepers that’s for sure. Thanks for sharing your showing history. Lots of work went in to those shows.
That was the problem I had - quality Dorpers were very hard to find but if you had them, they were very easy to reproduce. It was just finding genetic diversity. We sold all our good ones to Mexico back in the day. Mexico has beautiful Dorpers like yours. I wonder if you have any Woolly Acres bloodlines that show up because mine looked like yours.
We are starting our sheep farm this year with Whirw Dorpers from White Clover Farm in New York. We pick them up the end of June or 1st of July. Looking forward to getting started!
Thanks for sharing your earlier times showing sheep Lynn. Loved watching the flocks just chilling' and the 3 amigos Buddy Scotty and I forgot the 3rd name 😒 😺😸😼
So glad to hear Sally is good. I just got used to seeing her last summer and fall coming and going to the pasture. We all love her as you do and just missed her that’s all.❤️ Could be I identify with the “elder “ member of your flock!
Good morning Arnie and Lynn. Great way to start the day with the handsome boys outside. Looks like they made it through that freezing rain storm looking good. Leonard is quite exuberant about getting his bottle. So nice to see Thelma and Louise’s mama. She has a beautiful face like her daughters. It was meant for her to stay at the farm so she could give you two loving lambs. The new arrival is a handsome boy like his daddy. The lambs in the coveralls are growing like weeds. Thank you for a short history about how you have progressed from shetlands to your present flock. Very interesting. I so appreciate that at Ewetopia you raise lambs for flocks and sires. With some going to market. My husband is getting ready to put the snow blower away as well. Let’s hope it isn’t a mistake. And glad Arnie got his hug because we know he said everyone needs a hug. 😂😂. And the dentist is incredibly expensive for sure. So keep on smiling and big hugs to you both. 🥰🥰🥰
Thanks again for summing up our video so succinctly! Big hugs to you! You deserve it for all the effort you put into giving us such thoughtful comments 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I love seeing you and Arnie together. He’s got a good heart-you work well together. Nice that he lets you know when he’s needing hugs💝. Here in the states the Veterinarians charge enormous sums. I’ve got a little cat that’s got a tooth which should be pulled-kind of an auto-immune issue where the animals immune system attacks it. Just to pull that tooth -putting him under a general-would cost $800!
Hi Lynn, That's a lot of Ribbons!! I was wondering when you would tell us about them. You seem to have done so well with your hobby that gave you a career for life. I find your farm to be of excellent quality & character!! I'm afraid I can't say that anyone else's farm. So here is a 🏅of gold for your farm!! ❣🌴
I feel your pain, Arnie. I have a dental appointment Monday. I have to get 2 dental implants. As my mom used to say, getting old isn't for sissies!! I don't mind the actual work and the physical pain, it the pain of paying for it!!! But, it is necessary and I do not want to have a partial plate to deal with. I enjoyed your tour of the show history of the Shetlands and the Dorpers. Have a great Easter weekend!
Great to see how it all started. Love the history. That said, I hate to call out sheep UA-camrs, but in this case it is the right and moral thing to do. Thelma and Louise were both in their pen. Where they were supposed to be. Did you call the vet? No. Did you call a lamb psychologist? No. They were supposed to be wreaking havoc elsewhere in the barn. Something is clearly wrong. Yet, you did nothing. So, Lynn and Arnie, I have no choice but call Prime Minister Trudeau (I have him on speed dial, just so you know), and I will demand that both Thelma and Louise be immediately placed in lamb protective custody and transported to Pennsylvania for placement in our lamb welfare system and given a new home. Here. I'll do my best to keep you posted. Not that you deserve it. Snort.
Another cute baby.❤😊😊
Good morning! 🌹🌹🌹
I like that you show love toward your sheep. That's a wonderful thing to see.
Thanks!
Lynn I like your video it's better than some video on UA-cam....at least we don't see dead lambs every time.
Thanks. Knock on wood, not too many dead lambs here!🙂
Good to see the history of your showing your sheep
The cat seems to be the smartest one in the barn😅😅😅😅😅
200 since January. That’s a lot. 😅
OMG that new ram-lamb has the rammiest face I've seen on a new baby!
We’ll have to see how he grows but I agree he is already a handsome boy 😍
It's good to see Sally, she is the farms grammie, i think it is amazing to see older animals with great care thrive and enjoy their lives.😄
She is probably double the age of most of the sheep on the farm!🙂
I feel your pain Arnie!! That's why I hate having to go to the dentist!! I don't know which is worse the toothache or the pain in my pocketbook!!😂😆😵
I really enjoyed your sharing about the shows! It's always interesting to hear about your past experiences with your sheep!

She is hard to notice right now because she blends in with the lambs 🙂
Oh thanks again lynn and Arrnie. Always nice seeing your smiling faces.
Really enjoyed that you walked us through the history & ribbons from your sheep showing days. Arnie should build you a trophy case for them 😉
Lol! I'll tell him!😁

Thank you for going back and watching the older videos. I do think that with a daily vlog, it probably does help 🙂

Yes, veterinarians are extremely expensive here too. That's why most farmers rarely call in a vet

Yes Arnie had an implant for the same reason. Extremely overpriced but they look great when done. Happy Easter!
I'm so happy this showed up today, after I was asking you questions, Lynn.
Shetlands are lovely, and would match my Shetland Sheepdog, Q, too 😂
@PreciousPatchesFarms As with all Shetland creatures they are small but feisty!😁
🤍🤍🤍
Ernie who's that beutiful woman in those ship pictures with black hair?
That's Lynn
