Julie, we are not coffee drinkers in the morning. My husband makes half a pot of hot tea every morning. He adds honey to his and just tops the mug off he likes to have what he calls his 1st and 2nd breakfasts) I drink vanilla chai iced tea, I make it with milk, not water, with 1 pk of stevia.... we have been doing this each morning for a couple of decades now! Love your fall tour of last year, looking forward to the 24 tour!
Your 2023 is Beautiful. Cannot wait to see this years since you are organized and everything cleaned. I moved and I was use to a dinning room table that sat 12 and now I have only a kitchen table like yours. I love it and yours. But I have collected the Fritz and Floyd fall and I do not have enough room now for all my decor. I am a Crimson Tide fan and I also put out all my Alabama Football stuff. I have all the Elephant Arthur Court. It is so different to decorate now. You have beautiful things, your home is so inviting and girl you know how to decorate. I look forward every evening sitting down and seeing your video. I think everyone watches you and loves it.

Since I wasn't here last fall it'll all be new for me! I love a cozy grandma home❤The mantle, harth and that whole area was/is just beautiful! With having my 2 young grandkids living with us, a couch with washable covers sounds nice.. Is it comfy? We have A Bealls store just a couple miles down from us & a Bealls outlet right across the street. I've been in the store but haven't been in the outlet yet. Back where i lived in Tennessee we had the outlet & i shopped there pretty often. The home Dept is really nice. Oh I just love that coffee table.. its so beautiful!❤ Love the hutch & all the pretty pieces & how you had/have it styled. I hope you didn't paint the hutch, the wood is beautiful & your white pieces pop off of it! Also love the 2 shelves & all those pieces & how everything was/is styled. Love the buffet, all the pieces & how it was/is styled. The big picture above it, i know Donna just thrifted that same picture.. I've got that picture also, I've had mine for a couple years. It was in some donations that we got for the thrift store we used to own back in TN. I love the rustic chunky wood frame & the art so I kept it. I love all your shutters too. I would love to find one of those oil lamp holders! When my FIL passed we were given his collection of oil lamps and I've been adding to it. My grandma had one on each end of her dresser & i always loved them, so now i love collecting them in all color & sizes! I'd love to have a holder to display one!😊 Just A beautiful & cozy room! Oh Donna Is just a complete sweetheart! She's beautiful Inside & out.. and i love that she loves the Lord & aint afraid to tell it or talk about him! Did you ever do the prim curtains in your kitchen over the open shelving? If you did I'd love to see a pic! I love the big window sill & how you decorated it, really pretty! Thats the way everyone's decor should make them feel.. happy! I use to just walk & look at all my pieces & sometimes I tweak them a little just to be messing with them Lol😄 Love the shelf over your stove.. so cute! I really love how you have pieces hanging from the wash board, don't think I've seen that before! Very cool idea! I've collected we A few of the jelly molds & most of them have the oil look & the brass hook up to hang them with, that's the only kind i look for now. The old radio is cool. When my son was young he raised & sold chickens, we had a issue with hawks getting them. Other animals besides hawks that will still them are foxes coyotes, bobcats & owls. I don't know which are in your area. Love all your treasures on the open shelves in the kitchen. Love the green gingham shower curtain! The shelf in the hall looks really sweet loving all the frames😊 I know with the pictures is very special to you! Love the antique vanity! Love the look over the bed with all those pieces! Very cozy room😊 The typewriter table & piano are really nice pieces & love the little hutch. The master is beautiful! Love the wall behind the bed❤ I love the smell of Bergamot, i look for it in perfumes when i buy them. Love the crochet pillow shams! The bedding was beautiful, love the quilt topper! Good morning Julie, I know this is 2023 video and I did see it last year. The shutter that has 3 plates, I have a large one that I antiqued a beautiful shade of green. I folded and it stands at an opening that goes into my living room. I change out my plates for the seasons and occasionally I will hang small pictures. Sometimes I hang the plates on a brass holder with the plates on it. Other times they hang with plate hangers. I do look forward to your 2024 fall home tour. Have a wonderful weekend!

I know that this is a year old, but just in case it’s still there, have you considered spray painting the bucket underneath the air fryer black to make it blend or disappear? You might also spray paint the egg bucket too. Your home is so cozy and inviting and your flair is so impressive. Can’t wait to see this year’s!
