The best piece of advice here is the hands drill from closer in, so that when you're at the actual kitchen line, the extra distance makes it seem easier. I will be trying that for sure.

Nice video. I’m a little confused about the scoring during the drop drill. I understand the player located at the baseline gets a point whenever they hit the target and gets a negative point when they hit the net. How does the person feeding the ball get a point? Could it be when practice partner hits the net? In the video you say you play to 10.

only one person is playing to ten and that is the person on the baseline, not the person feeding I believe.
Drop drill 3. Seems like a great drill, however you did not explain the scoring very well. What do you play to?
