Alan Watts was the most truthful person that ever lived. He had it all figured out. I wish I had a therapist like him but that is a pipe dream...

I like how he was suggesting ways to make life a little more joyful, and folks are crossing their arms and going "Eh! I dont like it" Freedom of thought scares people. Its always been so curious to me.

There can be art, creativity, joy found in every thing, even most of mundane things. Cleaning something can be really fun process with satisfying result.

Great idea in theory, not so great in practice. There is something called biological stress that moves the organism closer to distress, disease, and death. You cant just "dance" your way happily through hard manual labor or biochemically toxic work environments for example. It does not work that way. You will be stressed and therefore start to feel unhappy, because your unhappiness is designed biologically to make you change something so you do not die.

@@jamaalsjourney I will check these books out however I doubt I will be enlightened. The only thing that can make me know death is dying, same goes for everyone else alive.

@@nyegye1606Just wait until you realize the beginning and end are the same ♾️. When you die the brain releases large amounts of DMT and your whole life flashes before your eyes again.
