Small correction on what he said: the sun does not burn in flames because there is no oxygen in space. It is in fact the sum of many fusion reactions caused by the extreme gravitational force of its incredibly large mass of Hydrogen. Hydrogen fuses into Helium, then Lithium, then Beryllium, up the periodic table, each time generating energy in the form of heat and light. This energy is radiated through space to Earth and, upon reaching our body, gives us a warm sensation similar to a fire.

The past is created by the present.
Past event came into being in the present and out of present.

There are no separate events. It's like water.
They are all activities.
Every thing can be spoken of as an event.
Events flow into each other.
Therefore, we don't need causality to explain prior events influencing following events.

You are not a puppet.
Sounds come out of silence, out of vibration.
Sight appears static and still, but it comes out of vibration. Light comes out of space, as sound comes out of silence.
Both sound and sight come at you and echo into the past.

I haven't felt driven for many years, my x and a couple of bad employers has comply beaten the give a damn and drive right out of me. Its been 8 years and it's still gone. The current world events are not helping. So I wake up have my coffee, muddle away the day and go to bed to do it again.

You need to realize that you've locked yourself in a box (your mindset) but you have the key to change it all because you have freewill. The best thing I've done to get out is practice not listening to myself or immediate thoughts and actively do things I wouldn't have normally chosen to do in the light of positivity. Like smile more, think of positive things I have, listen to better upbeat music. Train your brain to change how you want it. Look into mindfulness and seek inspiration, again tell yourself to shut up if it doesn't agree. It's an excersize and it's easy to get weak again if you don't keep it up. And it really helps to realize this is the one chance you get in this lifetime so go out with a bang and atleast one day you'll be gone in the most positive sense
Been there multiple times, jobs, ex’s. Go back to the hardest things you’ve done and won at. Then find something harder. A physical challenge is best. Worked for me at least.

If you notice carefully life is always in a state of flux/ movement. Events, the mind, the body, the earth, the universe , everything, seems to be moving . Nothing is static.
Where there is creation there is movement
I do feel time is an illusion in that there is only the present. But what is the present. As something is happening, which moment of it happening is the present. Maybe it is there is only our perception of the future and our memory of what we term the past. Equally isn't our view of the present something that is not standing still. we want to define it as a single moment but it is in flux. And it all comes down to what we are perceiving and interpreting in an instant in our minds. But what is an instant. Isn't it a conundrum. Oh damn, I just confounded myself.

Sorry, but time is made up of discrete events which have a duration measured in plank time units (5.39119 x 10 *-44 seconds). So time is not continuous.
