    ✔︎ You will need:
    • carving board
    • pan
    • stockpot
    • colander
    ✅ Ingredients:
    • pasta - 10 oz | 300 g
    • ground beef - 14 oz | 400 g
    • zucchini - 12 oz | 350 g
    • cherry tomatoes - 7 oz | 200 g
    • onion - 3 oz | 100 g
    • parmesan cheese or any hard one - 1 oz | 40 g
    • garlic - 3 cloves
    • olive oil - 2 tbsp
    • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
    • dried basil - ½ tsp
    • ground black pepper - ½ tsp
    • red chili flakes - ⅓ tsp
    • salt - 1,5 tbsp
    📙 Preparation:
    1. Cut the zucchini into slices of 0,4 in | 1 cm, chop up the onion, halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic.
    2. Pour 3,2 qt | 3 l of water into a stockpot, bring to a boil, add 1 tbsp of salt and cook the pasta until al dente. If not indicated on a package how to cook al dente, then boil 1-1,5 minutes less than indicated on it. Pour off 7 fl oz | 200 ml of the water the pasta boiled in.
    3. Meanwhile heat a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil, add the ground beef and fry stirring for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    4. Add the chopped up onion, stir well and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    5. Add the minced garlic and tomato paste into the pan, stir and fry for a minute over medium heat.
    6. Add then the cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp of salt, ground black pepper, dried basil and red chili flakes, stir and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
    7. Add that 7 fi oz | 200 ml of the water, the pasta boiled in, stir and simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
    8. Add zucchini, stir and simmer with the lid covered for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    9. Reduce the heat to low, drain the pasta and add into the pan, stir well, add the grated parmesan or other hard cheese and stir well.
    10. Serve the zucchini tomato pasta with ground beef hot, sprinkled with grated parmesan and chopped basil leaves or parsley.
    👍 Advices:
    1. You can substitute zucchini with summer squash or courgette.
    2. You can use ground beef, ground turkey or chicken.
    3. Cherry tomatoes can be substituted with canned tomatoes.
    4. Garnish Ground Beef Zucchini Pasta with finely chopped parsley, basil and grated parmesan.
    5. You can use your favorite type of pasta: penne, rigatoni, fusilli, spaghetti, farfalle or macaroni.

    You could easily replace the tomatoes and paste with your favorite spaghetti sauce and make the same thing.
