Thank you for your video. I was wondering what are the tell-tale signs that your builder/contractor knows how to install a pocket door legitimately? It's not something I hear very often, and I'm considering having one installed for my bathroom as a means to save space or dancing around a door in the morning.

I would say assume the builder is going to use the least expensive hardware they can find unless you paid for something better.
