Good morning! I am very familiar with the locations you film in Florida. I was born and raised there. Tampa! I enjoy your videos in St. Augustine, too. My mom lives about 100 yards from the FEC mainline there. Lots of action! Thanks for all you do!
Those clicks are a good idea, JT. My son has chickens, and there's nothing like farm fresh eggs!!! 👍❤. Thanks for another spectacular video JT! You are a master. 😊😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks gor a special video. Great to see AMTK trains and rare 512! CSX awesome too. Always nice to see the happy doggies too. Happy Memorial Day, JT !! 👍💯🍒🇺🇸⚾️🚂😎
Kind of a short, slow mixed freight, but it was interesting. It followed an Amtrak with an old locomotive making a stop at the station. Good catches JT! 😊😊😊❤❤❤
It's amazing Brian how much research you do to find these places with such unique character and charm . Thanks to " Our reporter on the beat ." 😉👍 Woof woof to Chessie and Loki , and meow meow to Norfie . 🐕🐕🐱❤️
That Amtrak loco was a beauty! Great freight train footage too, & I always love filming of night trains & I love Florida! I must go back there. Hugs for Loki & Chessie! & Brandi & Norfie, cute chick's ❤😊🐕🐕🐕🐈⬛🐤🐤🐤🐤👍
Another awesome video JT and my Amtrak down here where I live in Pearl River, Louisiana it runs from New Orleans Louisiana to New York city every day. It’s Amtrak 20 going north and Amtrak 19 coming south but anyway, my friend you stay safe out there and watch your back and we’ll see you on the next one.
Thanks for the info! We have the Cardinal in Cincinnati but almost all of its runs are at night. It is 50 and 51 here with 3 round trips a week. I filmed them a year or so ago in Glendale Ohio
Always always you film the very best in train videos love the sound of the bells and whistles thank you for honoring our veterans I am one of them I am a viet nam veteran 1966 u s army special request can you film a one hour video of all of the trains along with all of the sounds thank you
I still have some videos to post from Florida. I got an Amtrak train with 3 new Charger locomotives that I need to put the video together. Thanks for watching!
Im enjoying this video! I hope you can tell us someday about your adventures as a firefighter. Happy Memorial Day weekend to everyone! God Bless the USA!
Always great to see a unit like the 514 still doing its part on a long distance train. The first CSX freight with the new fallen flag MRL boxcar and then one looks at all the conventional double door boxcars most likely with plywood loads plus the utility poles and it's a reminder the hurricane season is quickly approaching and these need to be stockpiled. That second CSX freight was leaving a limestone dust trail almost like that NS coal train JT weathered in WV. We take this weekend to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and the void left for their families
Saturday morning train action in Lakeland Florida with CSX and Amtrak trains going through with their horn salutes, great to see your wife out helping you and also the live action pets making a special appearance and of course the slide show thank you again Jaw Tooth.🇺🇲🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🇺🇲
Thank you, Jaw Tooth, for this additional video from your trip to Florida in February 2024. That was a great catch of Amtrak engine #514, a General Electric B32-8WH that was built in December 1991. It is amazing that this engine was still in service in February 2024. That eastbound CSX mixed freight at Lakeland picked up speed after the first part of the train crested the grade.
I still have some more videos to post from Florida. I have a video with 3 new Amtrak Charger locomotives to post and I have some video from Mrs Tooth. Thanks for watching Thomas!
Awesome video. I actually watched twice. I've been to Lakeland once to paint for a painter. Those evening shots were beautiful with the sunset. Thanks for the video Brian stay well roll on
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the gas money also! That really helps and you are my top supporter! Lakeland is one of my favourite places in Florida and Jackie likes it also because there are restaurants right there in town with outside places to sit. We were at one onetime when a train came. I had to leave the table for a short time lol
We have wild geese on the pond. Yesterday I saw a Blue Heron. Every once in a while a duck will show up. I had that duck a year ago on my pond all summer but when it froze over he disappeared. I think a fox got him
Hey jaw tooth cool trains. I wish they could sound horns . Don't like no horn zones. Wish Amtrak never got rid of their F40 engines. Have a great railroad day. 🚂🙋♀️
I don't get to go out and do it much anymore. But there is good train watching areas around st louis and little towns. I have a bnsf line that runs right behind my subdivison that runs from souther mo up through st.l to the yard. In the winter I can watch them from my deck. Love to have you here!
That is awesome that you can see trains from your home! I filmed the Big Boy steam engine in St Louis. I also got it at Washington, Missouri and a couple other places. I stayed the night near St Louis
Hey Jaw! Over the years when I was still working & hitting the roads every day, I witnessed several trains stall on that “hill”. It doesn’t look so steep but evidently it is. The spur line that parallels US98 that comes into the track through Lakeland just east of the Amtrak station is coming up hill too. One day I was working beside that spur a heavy train that was grinding up the grade stalled just before reaching the main line. Shortly afterwards the train started backing down the hill. As the engine passed me I saw the engineer looking at me, just shaking his head, admitting defeat! Thank you for all the work you do bringing us these great videos!👍🏼
I have actually seen 2 of the 20 or so GE B32-8WH locomotives years ago. I believe it was either 510 and 511, 504 and 505, or 518 and 519. They're really awesome locomotives! Nice catches as always, JT!!
Thanks for watching! I filmed another Amtrak train with 3 locomotives that I need to post. I filmed the New River Amtrak train a couple years ago with a few locos leading it through West Virginia
Next time you're in Florida, you might want to check out the Florida Railroad Museum in Parrish - if you haven't already. They just got another older diesel locomotive running. I go there a couple times a year.
I bet you catch Alot of Amtrak train maybe once in a while like Florida to train videos hope you Mrs tooth are having fun in Florida you be happy when Allan is back shooting videos again live action wooooo
Just days old. By coincidence the day that I filmed them I think it was Friday a wounded chicken showed up at my house. I think my neighbor was butchering chickens and it got away. I put it in a rabbit cage and it laid an egg. Lol. The poor chicken is looking better now but I'm not sure how it got its feathers cut off and got cuts on its back. My neighbours raise goats, sheep, ducks, chickens just for food. They are from India and they view animals as objects.
Good Morning all.. Remember those who gave their all..
Good morning Jon!
I gave up 4.33 years. My day comes up in November.

Really Nice Video Jaw Tooth.

My parents lived in Lakeland when I was in college. I loved spending the summer in Florida.
I go there every winter to escape the cold in Ohio. I will be in Lakeland in February. Thanks for watching!
Seeing the Amtrak B-32 locomotive #514 was a treat! Also the shot of the freight train rolling across the crossing at sunset was aweome. Thanks JT!
#514 is a Dash8

At 13:57 why no horn? I thought law was at least 3 horn sounds minimum before a crossing?
That is a No Train Horn zone
@@JawTooth I didn't know that existed. I guess my next dumb question is, what does it take to create a no train horn zone?

I thought that was pretty cool catching that. I got it there another time also. Thanks for watching Eric!
@JawTooth Yes sir, no problem brotha!!
JT, Big Bend power plant took 2 more chimneys down leaving only one. Definitely changes the skyline.
I hated to see that. I dont remember how many where standing when I was there in February
Amtrak has been using DPU's through NW Indiana (Cardinal Route?). No idea why.
Probably in case they have a problem with one locomotive they have the other one
When I was a kid there was four tracks.

Morning Brian! Are you in Florida now or is this older footage?
Good morning! No, this is from February a year ago
I had a brother that lived in Lakeland, but he passed away a few years ago.
Sorry to hear that. Lakeland is an awesome city though
That Amtrak 5124 is cool, and has a broken numberboard on the engineers side. good catches. Hold old are the chicks?
Just days old. By coincidence the day that I filmed them I think it was Friday a wounded chicken showed up at my house. I think my neighbor was butchering chickens and it got away. I meant to say Amtrak 514 (not '5124')
CSX 59 would get WWOT excited! Interesting to see the AMTRAK hood unit. Do they have many of them?
No, there are not many of those
