Well, to be fair, I am sure it used to be much worse, and that we are on the path of improvement. Hopfully, when such a video is made in 10 years from now, the Air marshall will be introducing at least 10 industry partners and 10 Academic partners on the site itself, collaborating on path breaking technolgies where they can't even show us the room because of the secrecy :)
This is probably inhouse because of the encoding security: IFF, encryption, and operating mode security. It seems to be for testing and approval rather than development since the official said their work takes place after induction.
@@jonswap9097 You mean they aren't the ones writing the software for the full operating system of Tejas, and for example only doing additions/changes/updates post induction of an initially completed hardware+software package?
