i find of all the bjj instructors on the net, ryan hall is one of my, if not all time, favorite. He has simple, easy to understand, well spoken/explained instructions. And particularly it's as if he's read my mind, because we wouldn't be watching if we already understood.
I had no idea Ryan Hall was such a detailed guard passer. I always thought of him as a bottom player. I had never really been exposed to the other parts of his game. He is damn good. And an excellent instructor it seems.
I have his back attack, triangle and arm triangle series' and love his approach. You get more than the technical part, you get the concepts behind the details. It works wonders for retention. I'm looking forward to getting these.
