    Authentic Pakistani Dam Wala Keema | Keema Masala Recipe by Cookcraft Delight
    Ingredients:
    - 500grams of minced meat (keema)
    - 3 tablespoons oil or ghee
    - 2 large onions, finely chopped
    - 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
    - 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
    - 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
    - 1/2 cup yogurt
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
    - Fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)
    - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    Instructions:
    1. *Preparation:*
    - Wash the minced meat (keema) thoroughly and set it aside to drain.
    - In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
    2. *Cooking:*
    - Heat oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
    - Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
    - Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes until the raw smell disappears.
    - Add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
    3. *Spices:*
    - Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder to the pan. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
    - Add the minced meat (keema) to the pan and cook on medium-high heat, stirring continuously to break any lumps.
    - Once the meat changes color, add the whisked yogurt to the pan and mix well.
    4. *Simmering:*
    - Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the keema cook on "dum" (low flame) for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    - Add salt to taste and continue to cook until the meat is fully cooked and the oil starts to separate from the keema.
    5. *Finishing Touches:*
    - Add garam masala and mix well.
    - Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves (optional).
    - Add a tablespoon of lemon juice for an extra tangy flavor.
    6. *Serving:*
    - Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
