- An old documentary style show originally broadcast on Granada TV in 1994. Vintage footage right at the beginning of their career. This is almost 20 years old and sourced from a VHS tape, so quality is not the best, but still watchable.

It’s so strange seeing them in such small venues, just a small Indy band with a small following. And then, probably only a few months later, they were absolutely massive. They just caught on like wildfire.

Ahhh the days when people stood outside of music shops to buy the latest album from an artist they really liked. You won't see that from fans of Miley Cyrus or One Direction (okay some will but I'm pretty sure it won't be for the musical content or lack their of).

Love the punk pop style on the first album. It was the best of Oasis...
20 years ago NME gave you Oasis, now both NME and them are finished.. you have you dig deeper these days to get a proper band like they were, just try, i guarentee there are some good ones out there.

The Virgin megastore WAS in London, Piccadilly Circus. It has closed down in 2006 or 7, can't remember.

It's okay in the sense that Beady Eye's new songs require very little effort to sing unlike most of the old Oasis stuff. He sounds unspeakably awful when he tries that, and his snappy, rushed vocals like he's just shouting at the crowd don't help either. Imagine what he'll sound like in another 15 years or so.
