Hey Neil (if you read this) tried this out and its really beautiful. I couldnt get the three finger grip to work but the gable when pulled in a way to get on corotid and the shin gets the other is soooo tight. Then curling the other leg is key. Showed it to my friend and it nearly put me asleep when he applied the pressure. No time to tap hahaha. Thank you, you're the best, Oss
Cool technique but easy to escape from, at 5:04 in the video all the guy has to do is take you by the toes of the leg thats choking him and push it towards your but releasing the pressure. I submitted a few guys with this but after finding myself in this i just did what I just said by pure instict and the choke was useless from then on. I'd stick to the peruvian necktie over this because its not that easy freeing up that one leg, especially if you got em long and you can lock your legs.
I looked at it the same way I think if he pushes that with his toes up over his head meaning the person that is doing the move to it will relieve all the pressure because he doesn’t have that knee out
Hey Neil . I always call the three finger grip The Labell grip (like the Gable grip for Dan) Because I learned it from Uncle Gene . Since Your from Hyastan ,lets make it a thing bro.
If you don’t have any of his instructional DVD’s and can afford them, I highly recommend.Neil is a wealth of knowledge
Thanks Brendan. He's the best
