There are inconsistencies in the left-right references in this install video that will lead to confusion. At minutes 0:34, the on-screen text states that the 10 mm x 50 mm goes to the right rear and at 0:37 the 10 mm x 40 mm goes to the left rear. Then at 1:05, the video states that a 10 mm spacer is used for the left rear, 20 mm right front, and 15 mm left front.
By following the video, it seems that the ‘left rear’ hardware consists of a 40 mm bolt used to replace the factory 35 mm bolt to secure the 4 mm crash bar, a 10 mm spacer and approximately one (1) mm washer. The math does not add up and I started going down the same rabbit hole that other fellow owners are with proposing to buy some 55 mm bolts off the shelf.
Before heading off to the hardware store, I took a step back and looked at what I had to work with. To avoid further confusion, I will now refer to the sides of the motorcycle by the controls, i.e. brake and shifter/clutch.
What is known is that all four (4) engine bolts are 35 mm. The rear brake side has an approximately 10 mm factory spacer that offset the factory bolt from the frame. The rear clutch/shifter side has no spacer, and the factory bolt seats directly on the frame.
Intuitively the provided 10 mm spacer must be paired with the 50 mm bolt on the rear clutch/shifter side while the 40 mm bolt is used on the rear brake side along with the factory spacer.
For the front, it is less clear. Since the 10 mm spacer is intended for the ‘left rear’, I presume that the ‘left front’ is front clutch/shifter side, and ‘right front’ is the front brake side. I installed a 15 mm spacer on the front clutch/shifter side and the 20 mm spacer on the front brake side. Both seem to grab adequate threads and not bottom out. I would feel better if the front brake side had a 70 mm bolt, but I don’t know if such a thing is in common production. I also have the skip plate front anchors sharing this bolt, so even more reason to have a longer bolt if it fits.
You will notice that I said ‘a 15 mm spacer’, my kit came with two (2) 10 mm spacers and was missing the 15 mm spacer. OM is shipping me something, either the omitted spacer or a whole hardware bag. I was able to buy a stack of metric washers that are almost exactly the same OD and ID of the front spacers and glue (outside surface only) them together as a unit with hot melt glue and a little preheating with a torch.
    To summarize:
Front brake side: 65 mm bolt and 20 mm spacer
Front clutch/shifter side: 65mm bolt and 15 mm spacer
Rear brake side: 40 mm bolt and factory spacer
Rear clutch/shifter side: 50 mm bolt and 10 mm spacer.

@jamesdonnelly3789 It turned out I did my installation in the same way you noted and for the some of the same reasons.
To me it looks like that the 65mm bolts used on the 2 front locations were likely long enough even if you add another 4mm thick bracket related to the skid plate. It seems like taking the 35mm factory bolt length then adding 20mm (spacer) + 4mm (crash bar) + 1mm washer that total is 60mm. So, that leaves another 5mm of "extra" length as compared to the "bite" that the 35mm factory bolt was getting in the engine block. If you were to add another 4mm for the skid plate bracket you have just about the same amount of threads in the engine block as the OEM bolt.

I am installing my crash bars. I have 2 long bolts. And (2) 50 mm short bolts.
    Both front spacers are 20mm.
    Is this ok?

In talking with Outback Motortek, I believe the hardware kit should include:
      (2) 65mm M10 bolts (for both right and left front mount locations)
      (1) 50mm M10 bolt (for the left rear mount location)
      (1) 40mm M10 bolt (for the rear right mount location)
      Spacers:
      (1) 10mm (for left rear location)
      (1) 15mm (for left front location)
      (1) 20mm (for right front location)

Merci

Horribly bad instructions! My kit didn't even have installation instructions so I had only this video to go by. When he said the left side goes on the same as the right, I spit my coffee out laughing so hard! For such a nice piece of kit, you should really consider doing an updated UPDATED video.
The 50mm bolt goes on the left rear and the 40mm bolt goes on the right rear. FFS guys...
