I cruise Sat, first cruise 7 days and it was a lot of money and get to do a cruise after saving is a dream to me. I see ppl cruise 10x. 21 yrs around the world in the military and now getting to enjoy life outside of it. I never went to Disney as a kid. I went after boot camp. Now me and my son age 22 get to go on one bc he never got Disney anything bc we were military. Now live in Orlando 😊and my son now gets to do Disney which my kids could never experience. They got Italy, Japan but not this USA 🇺🇸 experience. Kids are lucky to have parents that can afford this. Moving overseas and two parents serving they sacrificed a lot. Now I’m giving my son this trip.
The Fantasy looks like a wonderful ship! We hope to finally do a Disney Cruise in the the couple of years, so we're trying to decide which ship looks the best! Looking forward to more cruise videos guys! Happy Saturday from Mouse Street!
Thanks for the comment! To be completely honest, I would say that any of the cruise ships that Disney currently offers will deliver a very similar experience. The biggest differences are the types of themed restaurants offered and the top deck amenities. Other than that, you're sure to have a great time on any of them. I would base your decision more on itinerary, availability, and price rather than a particular ship.
Not being crude or anything, but do you and your wife have the opportunity to get away while on the boat? Like is there areas for your daughters to go so you and your wife are able enjoy time together? Alone?
Absolutely! There are actually two adult only areas onboard, one which is more of a "neighborhood" with bars, lounges while the other is the Quiet Cove pool. With the Oceaneer Club to take care of the kids, there's plenty of opportunity for adults to be alone. Send me an email, I'd love to help you with your cruise vacation at no extra cost to you!
What was confiscated? We are about to purchase our cruise on the Fantasy and I was a little alarmed when you mentioned that you had some things confiscated.
We had scissors confiscated, a "cruise approved" USB power cord (no surge protector), over the door hooks for a shoe rack...I think that's about it. Those were things we'd never had taken before! Very weird.
Just wondered what was taken from your bags? We plan to check a lot since we are taking the disney bus for our 7night cruise from the WDW resort and didn’t know what we should keep and send?
Depends on the car you rent, how long, and from where. We rented ours from Tampa since it was cheaper to fly in there rather than Orlando and spent the night in Tampa so we had the car for 2 days.
I get it, but complaining about a 30-minute muster/safety drill... come on dude, there are worse things. I'm sure there's a bunch of people on that ship who have never been on a ship before and they need that info. Nevermind whatever requirements the Coast Guard may require.

Thank you!! Have a great time!
I went on the Disney fantasy last November I had the best time ever met a lot of new friends but I miss them much:(
Meeting new friends is one of my favorite things about cruising!! It's hard to say goodbye though but thank goodness for social media!

@@GetbyZach can you do more Disney Fantasy | Disney Cruise with kids
I remember when I was on this ship I loved every minute of it
I’m definitely glad I got to see this always impressed to hear great inspirations and excitement wherever your journey takes you
That's a wonderful attitude! That's also why we love sharing!!
I went on that one I saw you guys!
Awesome!!! Such a fun trip!!
First World problems, you have to spend 30 minutes of your vacation doing an emergency drill! 🤣🤣🤣
True, but when there are better and more efficient ways of doing things it’s annoying when they aren’t implemented.
I recently went in January and it was lots of fun.
It's a blast!! Can't wait until our next one

The in person muster drill is not a decision made by Disney cruise line, the Coast Guard required that they go back to it
Where did you hear that? Other cruise lines continue to do e-muster without interference from the Coast Guard...
when did you go on this cruise I might have been on the same one
We were there March 11-18
Just wondered what was taken from your bags? We plan to check a lot since we are taking the disney bus for our 7night cruise from the WDW resort and didn’t know what we should keep and send?
Scissors and a previously used "cruise approved" power brick. Neither were ever confiscated before on our cruises
How much is renting to go from airport to port?
Depends on the car you rent, how long, and from where. We rented ours from Tampa since it was cheaper to fly in there rather than Orlando and spent the night in Tampa so we had the car for 2 days.
Did the couch pull out into a bed?
Yes! Check out our complete room tour at ua-cam.com/video/ajS05z-o6GY/v-deo.html
@@GetbyZach thank you 😊
Do the kids need passports or no?
They don't but I always very HIGHLY recommend them!!
@@GetbyZach okay thank you
Passports are needed for everyone leaving the country.
