I remember when I stopped playing in those days when dash didn't exist, then came back to the game after a year and saw this new mechanic and I thought that it was horrible, because I could not dodge in every direction when I was grounded like before. I was so wrong, now I can't imagine playing Brawlhalla without dash, it was soooo f*cking damn slow to play the game before this mechanic came out... Still I suck at this game though
Cristian Manquilef i feel like the dodge is the reason is dislike the game,its so bad to play imo. People just keep dodging every time i get a combo on them. It doesn’t help that you can jump so high in the game.

beans you are wrong. im playin on eu servers and they are very laggy. I have 100 mbps internet and the problem is only with brawlhalla. Even more internet dependent games like Warzone or cs:go go smooth and with good latency on eu servers for me. So brawlhalla’s servers are indeed laggy.
basically being fast and overall the game rewarding the player for being aggressive *while maintaining it's original advantages for being passive* is in my opinion.. what made the aggressive play so lovable

I really do like this game and I try and even do training and I’m trying to learn cannon but I’ve lost like 32 games in a row now and I’m highkey salty but I just know most ppl are better than me. Watching these videos bring me up cause I imagine I’m Egg playing against other players😭
With cannon you should learn to read and react to your opponents dodges since you cannon has a lot of knockback being able to kill really early if you read your opponent, so a good idea is to practice in training with dodge reaction set to various options. For example start with spot dodge so set the dodge reaction as neutral and try to find a way to counter it and continue the combo, do it until you get consistent and do it for every dodge option, when you did that set the reaction to random and try to react fast enough with your prepared counter

If you search the brawlhalla channel you will find your games. You can see the respect in Sandstorm vs LDZ (zeeko). Sandstorm has always been known as an aggressive player and in this fight he cannot be aggressive.

this game feels like molasses back then, dash is fun and when it's in experimental, me and my friends were playing with it almost all the time.

LDZ didnt play the game in a year with a different mechanic and still won, sandstorm plays everyday for multiple hours, LDZ just a different breed
They should really add create a character(Legend)
