Girl it is so inspiring seeing you be so productive during such bad morning sickness in your first trimester, I’m almost done with my first trimester and I haven’t even been able to clean my room 😫😫😫 and I’m not even throwing up, it’s mostly nausea all day and crazy headaches at night daily 😖😖
Seeing Kayla all sad and unmotivated makes me really sad because I know she’ll be a great mom and all she needs is love and attention but she’s not getting that and seeing all the comment telling her she’s gonna be ok and that she’ll be a great mom makes me feel better and I hope it helps her too 🥺💗

This is exactly how my first trimester was. I’m just a little over 4 months now. I never ever knew how hard pregnancy actually is. I have much more respect for mommies and pregnant people now that I am pregnant 😂

I had morning sickness so much with my daughter my skin was so dry it sucked I couldn’t eat any meat or I would instantly throw up I threw up literally every morning but I got my beautiful wonderful daughter out of it... it’s so rewarding I was pregnant at 19

My neighbor is a teen mom and everyone was being so rude for no reason to her and her boyfriend left her and it was such a mess. Anyways, it is hard but let me tell you everything will be ok in the end. My neighbor is now really happy and her kid is just such a sweetheart! We are here for you Kayla and thanks again.

Sometimes prenatal vitamins cause morning sickness, so in replace of the prenatal you can take a multi-vitamin that contains the right amount of calcium, iron, folic acid and vitamin A. (Or just those vitamins)
I'm almost 22. With my daughter my pregnancy was a breeze literally slept so much but only puked once. 5 years later I'm 17 weeks with my son and had morning sickness and puked almost everyday since 8 weeks and it just now stopped. I will say my depression is bad and I am so emotional! The part about feeling ugly I feel like every pregnant woman goes through. I know being pregnant rn I love it but i cannot wait to work out and get my body back but more than that I can't wait to be myself again! Keep your head high girl and stay strong!💕 it is VERY worth it❤❤

A few tips I used when I was pregnant that helped is when you first wake up in the morning even if you don’t feel sick yet eat some sort of crackers straight away even if it’s just one or two this helped my morning sickness so much. If you start to fell sick later on in day or after a nap try more crackers and some cheese. Drinking raspberry leaf tea is amazing for baby when your pregnant and has so many benefits also green tea and lemon water instead of plain water it’s way easier to keep down. And since your throwing up a lot having an electrolyte drink or vitamin will help your headaches and energy hope this helped mama 💕
Try the cerave hydrating cleanser!! It’s so gentle it won’t break u out and it’ll help rehydrate your skin😇
