Story 1: I'm all for letting family babysit kids, but if any of them showed psychosis like OP's sister, I wouldn't even let them be anywhere *NEAR* the kids.
Aww, I wanted to know if the sister actually went to social services. It would've been hilarious to read about her reaction when they told her she was insane.
Story 1 is insane. Like genuinely. Growing up, my brother was the exact same way where he needed my attention 24/7 to the point where he didn't care if it was positive or negative attention. My brothers and I were even taken from our household as well, but he chilled out after he got out of his foster home (my grandparents refused to take him which I still resent them for) and we're able to chill out more. It sounds like the sister not only has attachment issues but also that the problem started when she was a kid and just started to really manifest as a problem as they both got older.
OP’s daughter is not a toy to be borrowed, that sister needs to know some boundaries. I recommend to op, she should not allow her sister to visit until she respects op’s choices and if the sister isn’t going to listen to reason and tries to take op’s daughter, then call the police.
Story 2: That is something I will get mad about is smokers. I have health issues because of I grew up in a family of smokers and i never smoked in my life. I can't walk without getting out of breath and I can't breath right cause I have COPD.
*Story 1:* That's *worse* than delusional. I can certainly understand wanting to spend some quality time with one's niece or nephew. But this is *worse* than insane! I would've filed a restraining order against sister and barred her from *ever* having any contact with OP.
No. It sucks when there are multiple kids in the same situation that have a bound and CPS (or it’s equivalent) just think splitting them up like they were puppies/kittens is a good idea.
When my aunt/uncle lost custody of their ten kids, they had to be separated. Three separate family members stepped up to take some of the kids. Few homes are ready to take 10 kids at once.
The part about calling cps on the older sister for not “sharing” The older SISTERS daughter they probably would have laughed at her like “really lady you’re not the kids mother don’t waste our time”
I'm happy that the contractor got his license and everything's working out for him, but he's a part of a terrible predatory system that is actively keeping people from own homes. Fuck Landlords and company owned homes.
Story 1 I think this sister is crazy. First of all, that is HER kid, the sister does not have ANY rights to her. She was really used to sharing with you, and I know the baby is probably really cute, but SERIOUSLY, a baby and a apple dash figure are totally different things-
Story 1: I think parental rights only apply to the spouse during separation or grandparents, unless the child is being abused in any shape or form, the sister has no leg to bark demands from Op.
the guy in the second story is an absolute *legend* for still paying for the kid's item even after the dad acted the way he did. and I can't believe the dad actually thought he'd pay for the whole cart, and reacted the way he did when it turned out he was wrong. I have had people help pay for things who's prices I mildly underestimated in the past, and I've always been nice about it when they did so, even when it's just a couple cents or a dollar or 2, so this father getting upset over someone refusing to pay for the entirety of his cart is just baffling to me.
The guy that smoked in the car after being told not to is a major A-hole. Several years ago a family member asked to borrow my car to visit a supposedly sick relative several states away. I was hesitant because my car was brand new and her husband acted like he would die if he went more than a few minutes without a cigarette. I eventually was guilted into not only letting them take my car but "loaning" them gas money. The only thing I insisted on was no smoking in the car. They agreed and I reluctantly handed over the keys and gas money. They kept it almost a week longer than agreed. And, when they returned it, not only did it smell like a giant ashtray, there were several cigarette burns in the upholstery. I never got one dime of the loaned gas money repaid. Apparently, the old saying of no good deed goes unpunished is true. And, last but not least, the story about the sick relative was a total lie. I have no idea where they actually went but there were thousands more miles on the odometer than if they had gone to their stated destination. Since then, they have come to me for money or to borrow things. My answer is always "no can do". When people show you who they are, believe them.
Why would the boss do his hiring and firing publicly, in the middle of a shareholder meeting, when he doesn’t know how it’s going to go down? That makes absolutely no sense.
Story 1 2:06 ‘’ if the sentens was more like : hey l woude like to take your daughter for a week to get to know her. ‘’ i woude be ok depending on the age 1 month - 6 year absolutely not on her own 7- 12 depending on conditions mady 12-15 ok 😅 15+ daughter’s decision
Bro what?? That’d be like me claiming a nephew as a son it’s just wrong unless you had to adopt him before he could remember and speak so essentially a newborn so at that point you’re technically the child’s parent but to share a child with your sibling is gonna confuse the fuck out of the kid and idk which is worse a brother and a sister sharing a kid or a sister and sister sharing a kid, this screams a dharr man video in the deep pits of dharr man hell!
4:58-5:05 that went from 0-100 very quickly edit: i thought the op was saying that the entitled dad shot them, i paused as soon as i heard those words so i didn’t hear the “mean look” part
S1 Famileeeeeee IS important but not at the cost of one's mental well being, at the cost of theft, at the cost of insanity like "share your daughter". Why hasn't OP gone completely dark with this cuckoo?
These narcissists are so self centered. Their logic is, "so impeccable," except when you throw it back at them. In this case, "hey sister, you want my kid for a while? So I can have your partner/pets/possessions for the same time period and for the reason you gave me." "No that's not yours. You're not entitled to what I own and have." Exactly, Kevin/Karen
With Story 1 i have to say you're wright about everything AND the fact that the Insane Entitled sister was claiming she had rights to her niece is what makes her insane. Do to the fact that there was never anything about the Entitled Sister that having anything like custody or legal stuff like that. She was blatantly sayed she was willing to kidnap her own niece
How is it legal to separate siblings from each other when they are young you can't just take the brother while the other too are together its just stupid and bad i dont even know what to say
