In force power Yoda and Sidious might still be stronger but not so much to where they could just rag doll him or something. Notice that Dooku at that point couldn’t do anything to Anakin with the force opposed to Obi-Wan. Only reason he matched with Obi-Wan in their fight is plot and his mental state. He didn’t even have yellow eyes against him even though we saw he reach that level of depth with the dark a bit before the fight
