I agree with some other comments. The specs of this PC are seriously beefy! With the slight exception of frame rate, all these cards are bound to look great on a PC this good.
the cpu can throw as many frames at the GPU that it wants and the GPU can only produce so many. in 99% of gaming builds the bottleneck should always be the GPU. Any CPU within the last 5 years should push these cards to their max frame rate. Well unless its like a Celeron or a Pentium.
managed to grab a 3060 at msrp, just had to line up an hour before store opened and they went with in 2 seconds of opening lol. best purchase of the year
the only difference is you're going to screen tearing/smoothness due to the lower framerates (below 60) for most monitors. but because you can't see the whole screen in any of the frames you're not going to see it.

I have purchased a ryzen 7 3700 with a Msi b550 gaming plus motherboard would appreciate any help I could get.
Personally, i would choose the rtx 3060 ti it's a beast for gaming on 1080p for it's price, and it's way better than any card for future proofing considering 1080p resolution. The price of the 1660 super is ridiculous for it's performance but if you find it less than 250 dollars get it.
Wait for the prices to get back to msrp then get something like a 3060 or wait another 6 moths or so for the 4000 series if you can live with like a 1030 for a bit
Ignore @mdnor matnor. A Ryzen 3700 without an X does not even exist. Also, the 3700x is capable of driving even a RTX 3090 to the limit. So basically have a look at some benchmarks to determine what you would need to be happy with it and then hope for a good price in the near future. Also, from what I observed the 3060Ti that is suggested here, had the most inflated price of all cards I looked at. It was about 3.5 times MSRP at some point. That is completely nuts.
task manager which come pre installed on windows is pretty good, speccy is my personal favorite. if you want to run benchmarks and stuff i'd recommend superposition
The 3080 Ti is in a different world completely. I only have a 2080 Ti, and Days Gone in High, 1440 (so twice the number of pixels), easily stays over 100 fps. In theory the 3080 Ti is like 30% more powerful de 2080 Ti.
At the time I'm watching, in the end of Q2 2022 in EU more exactly Romania, you can buy an rtx 3060 along with I7 10700F 16GB ram 500GB nvme. M2 for 1250$ the entire tower, extra you'll have to buy a decent cpu cooler but that's like 30 50$, on the market people selling their towers with weaker CPUs and mostly 2080 for around the same price or more, so if you guys are considering buying a new tower up until the start of Q3 2022 and you are not some addict that wants to play at 4k or such things I'd recommend getting a 3060 with a decent Intel or amd and it will be good both for work and gaming once in a while.
This isn't even a super in this video, it's the regular 2060, the 3060 is basicly a 2070s with more vram, not worth it for anyone who already has any rtx card really, I'm holding onto my 2060s until lovelace is out
@@luisguerreiro8045 _"...the 3060 is basicly a 2070s with more vram..."_ In terms of framerates it sometimes appears that way, but with 3060, you get newer versions of CUDA (7.5 vs 8), RT cores (1st gen vs 2nd gen), Tensor cores (2nd gen vs 3rd gen), DLSS (1.0 vs 2.0), video decoder (gen 4 vs gen 5), HDMI support (2.0b vs 2.1), PCIe support (gen 4 vs gen 5), plus better thermals and power efficiency.
You eventually make it profitable to use an GTX1660 Super just because of the lower electricity bill. And if you overclock/undervolt it it's even better ! No need for powerhungry cards for me.

The problem with that is, that the GPUs on every laptop are granted different amounts of power to draw. So even with two laptops with the same CPU, RAM, SSD and GPU, but different Laptops, you could get performance differences of more than 10%. So you can only compare GPUs on laptops very vaguely and most people would get to the wrong conclusions with a video that compares them.

If you are on a budget get the GTX 1660s cuz the rtx 2060 is way more expensive and they dont have a huge difference in performance
I can't see any difference in them. Ok, 40 instead of 70 frames but seriously, 40 fps is enough for me
Thanks for showing the numbers. I couldn't tell the difference otherwise.
Well as long as they're outputting over 60 FPS u won't be able to tell by watching the videos on yt because yt doesn't go higher than 60
