Today I will deep dive in the last duel of Count Dooku, when he was about be beheaded by Anakin. At the end of the duel, I deep dive into the understanding on why Count Dooku was silent and didn't expose Palpatine.

and the deep conclusion was, he was thinking about stuff... The obvious answer would be that nothing he could say would save him. In the immediate situation, If he speaks up, Palps kills him. He knows Palps controls both sides of the conflict. If he says nothing, Anakin probably kills him. In the long term, even if he is arrested, Palps has him killed in his jail cell before he can give any dangerous information. He was probably thinking of what to say or do to save his own life, but as he went through options he realized that all choices ended in death. There was literally no way out for him. He could have maybe done the "right thing" and warned Anakin, but Sith are selfish, he wasn't thinking about what positive impact he could make with his last moments. That should just about cover it.
