Building my mom her dream house in Africa Kenyan village. Today marks day 8 since we started raising the walls. I hope one day I'll complete this dream to make my mom more happier at least to live a normal life like other women.

Matiko good job. If I were you I would place the ramp from the front not left side. You see that ramp is eating into a porch area which can be used for resting. Let the porch be level the entire place and ramp to protrude from the porch facing the gate front side. Anyway it's just a view

@chefmatiko, don't remove the well, please. My advice is that you modernized it. Protect this water supply please. You can carefully manage this water source, by keeping contaminants away from it. like soakaways, and hazardous chemicals out of the septic system.

The ramp could have be built on the left side of the house when you facing the front oF the house the porch could have 4 feet longer TO THE LEFT then the ramp against the side left wall slopping down to back of house....Porch would look like an L SHAPE DESIGN...IN THAT WAY YOU WOULD HAVE THE WHOLE AREA OF PORCH WITH RAMP ON IT BUILT ON THE SIDE OF PORCH...

We are watching you with a lot of admiration. Constructing a house is not the easiest thing. We started a storied house and reached the first level under instructions of one engineer. The house was intended for accommodation and help with orphans but unfortunately our brother and his son broke it down. We cried but we didn’t give up. You fan use bricks for the inner walls but the outer walls should be of stone.Arent you going to have tap water in the house?You could build a tank and pump the water from the well.
