My Wife is experiencing many of her incomings calls/FaceTimes not being announced. She currently has the iPhone 14 Pro Max and she’s also on the most current update.
I’ve never experienced this issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m wondering if this is simply an issue with the iPhone 14 itself, not just hers but in general 🤔

I have an app that blocks robo calls and I had to turn it off. Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification > turned off all app levels of blocking.
What about the sneaky side button above the volume controls? It could be on silent if pushed down accidentally
What if there is no "Do Not Disturb" button? I have a "Screen Mirroring" button where the "Do Not Disturb" button is on your phone. Ever since I updated my phone, it won't accept any calls that people have told me they've tried to make.
I have an issue with when outgoing calls going after 15sec screen getting off.when it's call cut by another line then only screen gets ON...Im using Iphone 13... 🙏

I have a iphone 13 pro max, updated..
I'll have the little Black phone call indication on the top left corner, but am unable to click or anything to accept that call.
No full screen indicator, no announcement, no way to accept that call.

you followed all of the steps. use your spacebar to pause in between steps. that may make it easier to follow.
also, be sure your ringer is not turned down. look for vid on that if you're not sure how to do it
