Sorry about the late upload today, the joys of technology were against me... Also sorry about the amount of times I said ''Sandblasting" despite no sand even being present. Hope ya's enjoy
Not as if it’s your day job Adrian, I’m happy to see what you post whenever you get round to it. You’ve got your priorities right, family, work and UA-cam when you’ve got the rest dealt with 👍🤓
You're forgiven Adrian! At least we all got to see your efforts! 😉😉
At least you got it uploaded was looking out for it this morning because Sunday is the day when I can just chill out and look at UA-cam and not have to get up early for work.
If you want to be pedantic glass is just cooked sand anyway lol
Great info there Adrian, really enjoyed👍
WOW That Is Some Machine The Aquablaster 👍👍👍
Hi Adrian,
Thanks again for having us up. It was a pleasure to meet yourself and demonstrate our machines for you.
The loader turned out great in the end.
Thanks again,
Sam
Thanks again Sam , you saved me hours if not days of work. It was a pleasure having you up 👍
Sam, Do you know anyone who offers aqua blasting service and spray painting? Laois/Kilkenny area
Sam is the smaller version just as strong as the one your using as does most of the performance rely on the compressor p.s Adrian another brilliant video very informative as usual
@@gerardmcdonald2534 yeah, he said in the video that it was the same machine with a smaller hopper size.
@@gerardmcdonald2534 yes it is but remember it’s all down to your compressor really, that one has 350 CFM which is over kill for this job, but you’ll need a minimum of 50 CFM to run it, so you’ll need a 3 phase electric or diesel powered compressor for that, the size of the pots are just based on how much material it can hold, everything else is exactly the same.
Looks brilliant 🏎🏎
Yer man knows his stuff and he puts it across well.! Mind you it’s easy to sell a right good product 👍
My god Adrian that's like a brand new loader, the aqua blasting did some job, will look class with the decals on it
Looks great . Always great to see people that take pride in their equipment.
Couldn’t wait to see that loader refurbished and painted red! Looks nice!!!
Good for you Adrian on the safety caution. You can never be too safe. That practice sets a good example. Thank you for sharing 🐄.
Great job Adain, like new very good, kieran from Laghey donegal town
That's one good paint job,red is definitely the best colour.
That loader is looking fantastic, quality job right there!
Hello from Saskatchewan, Canada great videos thanks for sharing
Sweet, tidy bit of work, a nice set up Mr. Sam has there, she's going to look good when you get her back together, Keep at her Lad!
Thanks you Shane,
Sam
That guy was a real blast...😎Thanks Adrian, always entertaining.
🤣🤣👍
Adrian your a 🐐 it's either right or wrong your a treasure, great stuff
Absolutely right 💯! It looks like a brand new loader so modern decals must be applied! Very interesting video today! Well worth waiting for! 👌
As best a demonstration you could ask for!
Thank You !
Awesome job done waoo. Aqua blasting is just new to me. Thanks for the information regarding dustless blasting. From Pakistan 🇵🇰
Some job Adrian couldn't ask for more
Very impressive
Great video Adrian can't wait to see the 54 with the loader back on again 👍
Great job looks well and so much detail can't wait to see the tractor done and loader back on again 👍👍
Great video Adrian, Sam certainly knows he's stuff and is passionate about the product.
Thanks Micheal.
Coming along nicely their Adrian
Great video Adrian it looks brand new 👍👍🏴🇬🇧
Now cut and buff and a ceramic coating and it’ll be show room good for years to come. What a nice looking paint job.
That was a great blasting unit as well. I saw him work on a Russian T34 main battle tank for @MrHews. At the end of the video they said that what Sam had accomplished in about 6 hours of work, would normally have taken them almost 3 weeks of hard work. What a time saver.
Great video Adrian well worth the wait.
Great video Adrian it will look the part when it’s done 👍🏻👍🏻
I Like The Red x
Great job Adrian, loader looks as good as new.🖌🔴

BIG WORK
impressive machine
Great job on the loader like new
it will look well back on
Great blasting system, great spray job and they made for a great video. Top stuff squire!
Loader looks like new mate. Top job again 🙂👍🏼
Cheers lad
Whilst you wouldn't need the recycled glass powder blasting function, I wonder if this could also be used as a fire-fighting tool on the farm. If so, I would think that it would need to be set up on a dedicated trailer with water tank etc, for as quick a set-up as possible. The thought came to mind having seeing the wheat field fires on George Saunders' channel. The type of fire that I think it would be most suited to tackle (if it can be used for this purpose) would be an outbuilding fire, equipment fire etc, rather than a wheat field fire. Obviously, just something to help keep the fire from spreading whilst waiting for the fire brigade to arrive and buy some time to get livestock out of harm's way. Just an idea...
Loader looks the job!
Cheers Eamon
fantastic as usual worked at sand blasting in the yards one horrible job but know as you say mostly water and vapour although the paint has to go somewhere just a footnote have a look at the guy american restorations from pawn stars he use hasel nut shells for small stuff as i said brillant content and best to you and famly hope the wee one and all good
Very interesting video thanks, I would be interested to see that pump unit setting up and working in a umbilical slurry system maybe at another farm that uses that type of manure spreading.
Hi Rob,
If you go to our UA-cam channel or Facebok page you will see the varimount in action blowing out slurry lines.
Sam
@@Appliedpiblastingequipment thanks will do. Do you export to Australia?

Thanks I will look them up.
Fab video loved it.from jp.
Hi Adrian, well impressed, for the amount of working area on the loader, not much water on the concrete 👍was wondering if it would push loader over what with the power of the water,,but anyway, what a result, well done you 👍
It’s got some serious pressure for sure but no chance of moving the loader, it’s a lot heavier than it looks Kevin 👍
That loader is the dogs hoolies 😉
it might be dustless but wait to see how messy it is to clean after
You can see in the video all the abrsive is within 2 metres of the front loader, powerwash to clean up
Fare tidyed it up should have put a sheet down on feed passage floor save overspray
1 of those blast cabinets might be a handy job to do bits and pieces for a restoration collects all the bits to re use again but need some work to go for that sort of kit as you say
Often though of getting one in fairness, there a great job I’m told
Certainly a glass act 🤣. That loader is going to look alot better when it's finished probably better than factory 😉. Good looking products as well. Stay safe sir 🏴
The loader looks great. 👍
That is definitely a much cleaner way to blast.
I like how you painted the hydraulic fittings. They look good when they're new,but it doesn't take long for them to start to look rough.
One good thing about the “AquaBlasting” is you don’t need the heavy, bulky hood you use with sandblasting, that’s a definite plus for me 👍 it also doesn’t look as if it’s quite as aggressive if you were working around seals, electrics etc as far as leaving a “grinding paste” residue 👍
Yes I was worried about grit getting in bedded in the seals but I think it should be ok, not know for sure till it back up and running 🤞🤞
Excellent video could I give a pro tip just from the sound and what I could see you would get away with a fraction of the water and media used. If it sound like a train it's likely you have too much media if it's sounds like a whistle (high pitch) you could add some more media.
With that much water internal corners would be near impossible to blast 👍less peoduct costs more profits 😊
Long time since we spoke Mick! Hope you are doing well.
Your dead right Mick, In hindsight I could have gone a little less on the abrasive valve. I'm not an expert blaster like yourself, it was only 45 minutes or so blasting. On a bigger job I would have dialed in the settings a little more. Still I was very happy with the results, and the little bit of extra abrasive gave me some leeway with the hard to reach areas.
Sam - Applied Concepts
@@svandeventer 😎 yeah mate I'm doing just fine 🙂 and your self's? Hope ya keeping busy well not too busy to enjoy life 👌 yeah no other methods can match a finish of a blaster speed, efficiency & profile. Be hard pressed to find another method that can do the work of a blaster 👌 at the same cost factors
You should paint the Massey black it'd look cool with the red loader , maybe not? Its gonna look great anyway 👌
What’s the plan for the spots you aren’t able to do because of physically immovable parts? Like where the links overlap the main part of the frame? Would think once it’s back on the tractor and hooked up to the hydro you could move the cylinders to the other extremes and do the touch ups?
👌👍
She's looks class,I have a loader to get done, does anyone know who would sand/aqua blast it in the Monaghan area cheers and thanks love the the channel Adrian and family
God Adrian that watch of your must be expensive. Dose it count the steps too.🤣🤣
Brilliant video Adrian very interesting could you tell me where you got the camera for the front loader
Auto Sparky in Virgina Co.Cavan Padraig
Great job it's looks well. What did you do with the used / spent glass from the blasting.
I have the large JFC barrow sitting full of it at the min Peter
As much as i hate going over board on safety stuff but id still wear a respiratory because glass in the lungs is no fun.
This was covered in the video, water stops the dust from becoming airborne its not a risk to the user or environment. The abrasive is recycled crushed glass, so 0.01% silaca content, safest abrasive you can use
At last 😂
Hi Adrian, do you mind me asking who sprayed the front loader for you? Many thanks
we had a massey 575 near us with no bonnet .. was a right heap as in unwashed . but still going .. i think its a turbo . how rare is that a massey 575 4wd turbo
575 4wd wouldn’t be as common as a 590. Be a great tractor to own for sure, would only increase in value over the years if the rust was kept under control
😎😎😎😎😎👍
How did the chrome on the ram ends go?
Never touched off it. You can't damage chromium with glass at that pressure, you'd need to be on it for 10 seconds constant to scar the surface. Bit of tape just incase!
Hi Adrian did the lads give you any idea off prices for the blast unit more so the smaller one ?
Best thing to do is give them a call Gary, I think they have a 20 litre pot as well. Price would be based on the setup you would like and the compressor you have
Huho gerry mc Bally’s tractor featured
What about the steel rusting with the the water ?
Rust inhibitor in the water, 3 days before you'd see any surface rusting
Would you try get the hydraulic locking pins?
That would be handy for sure, wonder can they be fitted to this loader though
just interested in the blasted paint going into your slurry tank i. know its just a small amount,
Good question Michael. If you look closely there was very little water actually coming out of it and the powered glass really traps all. Filters it out as it doesn’t liquify. I did mention this as well to the guys but when it was done I could see it for my self. If it was a more permanent job a purpose build shed would be the way to go for sure
Only bother you'll be taking the wings off next to be done the same paint some shine off of 2k, think there is Cyanide poison type thing in most 2 pack paints
Funny enough the mudguards are very clean, just need a compound and with be like new. Ya that 2k paint is great but dangerous stuff
Why do I think that infarct is your tractor lol
whait a minuite if you said you had to sow some fertaliser how did you manage to do that if you didnt have the loader?🤔
My Co.Opp is just 10mins from me on the tractor so they load it from there, that’s the way i used to always do it.
Sum job
