I started writing positive affirmations about my mom being nice, respectful, loving and caring to me during my scripting for 2 days now and she has been the nicest person ever!!! Even everyone is surprised she hasn’t tried to argue with me these two days:) This is so true and it is amazing, I love the version I choose my mom to be!!

Dude same. I used to be really severely socially anxious but like within a week I got rid of it just learning of Neville, which surprised the hell out of me 'cause I've been to therapy for it for like 3 fucking years and saw very little to no progress.
