@@theophany1770 I do not think so though I had doubts at first hearing. But if you listen carefully you notice voice alterations compared to how he sang when he was youger. Neverthelless his voice is really in good shape.
@@theophany1770 no, it's real, though it's relative: he's not like in his younger days, and effects are also used to support the voice. BUT: effects were used even in the 70s, and even then it occurred that he was not in top shape. All in all, it's great he's still delivering the goods! 👍🙂
The setlist on the first leg was much better imo (I'm really glad I saw them perform Painkiller, Freewheel Burning, Blood Red Skies, Hell Patrol, Victim of Changes)... but this one rock too 🤘
Sounds like something a poser would say. I would much rather see Riding on the Wind, Steeler, Genocide, or Screaming Vegance, than songs they've played 1000 times
@@sicklettuce Though I agree that I'd rather see those songs, the first leg was hardly the "same old stuff".... they did debut One Shot at Glory and Invader, brought back Rocka Rolla, Hell Patrol and a Touch of Evil for the first time since 05, etc. etc. Both tours had some deep cuts.

I have the feeling that the voice of Rob is clearly better than this summer in France, perhaps is coming from the set list... Thanks for posting this video
Thank you for posting this in good job videoing I was there but being 5'4 was 6 ft 5 douches in the front that never sat down I got to see everything I missed except for what was on the monitors LOL thanks again
Because that's the new lame generation of metal fans and Priest doesn't bring any energy to their shows anymore. Watch a Maiden show , it's day and night. They still kick ass!!!
A more likely reason is that I noticed that this was a rather aged crowd, would not surprise me if the average age was around 50. Plus its a theater full of seats and no floor, what a can people do? Also for a guy who's 71 Rob still performs at a surprisingly high level and Faulkner, Ian Hill and Scott also still do a great job, even though Faulkner is no KK.
@@ashavedyeti4452 it makes sense, i recently watched a show on a theater and it totally changed the dynamics of the crowd, even here in Argentina where we go nuts on most concerts.

Yes, those '80s videos like Live Vengeance '82 and hot rockin' clearly show how boring they were. But this version of Judas Priest should really ring your bell.
That man’s voice….. it’s almost inhuman how well he has recovered vocally
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT
Rob's voice seems to be back to 30 years ago!
I know. Is there some trickery going on? Sounds almost TOO good. Amazing!
He’s been singing this good the whole time. He’s never lost it. He’s the king !

Priest Priest Priest! Gotta love them live and loud in concert. Greatest metal band of the 80s but that's just my opinion.

This leg the show is cut short by 30 minutes. Still wish I was able to go.
