I was there for both nights. It was one of the best concerts that I ever saw.

Man, this was the first Metallica concert I ever attended, it's a memory I'll take with me for a lifetime.

It's become so sad that the audience just stands there with their smartphones, filming everything and posting this rubbish on social media. Those were the days when people danced and celebrated in the first 30-50 rows. This is rubbish! Blocking the view of the person behind you and seeing yourself as a rock'n'roller!

Was at this show, really did not like this band, the singer has no range, monotone kid scream and if they want people to move in the pit they need to maintain a groove. Disappointed they were paired with slipknot

i was up in section 325 night 1, this was my first time seeing them live i.ve been a big fan of them since 1985 of the ripe old age of 10 greatest metal band of all time

Was there that night and I had an amazing time! Although I felt like the crowd was a bit tame. I was at MetLife in 2023 for both nights and the crowd felt much more energetic compared to this one at Gillette. Could be just where I was sitting. Amazing performance nevertheless!

This was a great setlist and show. I'm glad I got to see night two, I went to specifically watch Metallica and I got just that. FFDP didn't play much of any of the stuff I like, and their singer really ruined the stuff I did know, was pretty disappointed by them. Metallica fully delivered though! They sounded probably the best I've seen them, and I've seen them four times now.

I have a weird question. I was over in the same area you appeare to be. Some of the fans saw I had a leg brace so they decided to be cool and negotiated with each other so they could offer me an idle seat. Where you one of the ones involved in that? It meant so much that you guys wanted to make sure I could safely go to the bathroom ect when things got going.

Best American band ever. They’ve been going at it since ‘81 and survived dozens of genres that came and went. They’ve had zero controversy, weird arrests, and multiple farewell tours. Not too mention, hardly any MTV play in the 80s where most bands that did are long gone.

My son and I were there for Night 1, wish we were there for Night 2, but with all the weather and crap, I was glad for Friday. Almost the exact same seats we had for Friday...

This will be lengthy but they deserve it. They will always be my favorite and it's not even close. Thank you for the Black Album no matter how much you say you don't like it. It didn't just earn you more attention, it gave the whole genre attention. How many were introduced to Metallica or metal in general because of that album? I don't remember a whole lot of my first 15 years of life, but I vividly remember walking to wrestling practice at 11 years old with the Master of Puppets cassette in a Sony Walkman. I think I enjoyed the walk more than the actual wrestling. Kirk is my favorite guitarist of all-time but that's also because of James. James' extra effort of down picking everything for better sound, thanks for not being lazy. Lars gets so much hate but everytime I hear someone trash I have to ask how they would have made these songs sound better but drumming their way, never get a reply for that question. It's the detail, those transitions people are so amazed by are because of Lars, it's the little things. Could you imagine if Dave stayed? Me either. Not knocking Dave, but Kirk brought beauty to a genre that no one would have expected. They're not epic songs, their songs are just epics. Everything happens for a reason, Cliff was obviously a big part of those epics but Jason was too. My Friend of Misery? The whole Black album, Load, Reload? They were different, but I can't imagine them without Jason. Death Magnetic without Robert? Metallica is Metallica. Megadeth's best run for me were mostly because of Marty. Throw the hate where you think it belongs, but kicking Dave out made Metallica and Megadeth. The two biggest factors of metal history to me were Ozzy/Dio and Dave/Kirk. My Dad never liked Metallica or any other metal bands after them but he was always a 70's-80's guitar fan and I may have never become a Metallica fan without his guitar tastes. Bought him an N4 Swamp Ash this past Christmas, he cried, don't know if it meant more to him for getting it or meant more to me for giving it. What would my life today be like without my Dad and Metallica. Two huge factors on who I am today.

Give me a break that stage setup is terrible. I know cramming 80k people is the goal but how you can say that’s a great viewing experience? Sure the pit is cool I guess but at no point should I see someone playing with their back to me.

I was there for my first metallica concert and I really wanted to hear creeping death and master of puppets and that's what they opened and closed with, fucking awesome 🤘
