Not too surprised Epowers don't do too much for better voltage regulation as my view on Epowers is that they are for increasing the power avaliable and then you cap mod for better regulation just because the distance between the vrm and the core is too much for it to have good regulation.

Would you try to overclock RAM and look for the "data eye"? Sort of get a look on how RAM powering is working. I know for RAM you do need a veery expensive oscilloscope, but what can be done/shown with a one like yours that doesn't cost an arm and leg.

A bit out of context but do you know if an Asus true voltician is worth using? Seems to me that it’s independent from what mobo your using... I got one with my apex and never used it 😅
from what ive seen it works as a very basic oscilloscope but isn't anywhere as accurate as a proper one
I also have an oscilloscope with the same model, it's great rigool ds1054z

why yes, it can tell you which rail to capmod.. first. so useful! and it might *kinda sorta* pay itself with only ~500 boards modded (assuming cheapo ~200E scope and retail cap prices), and save so much time in the process.. that is if you didnt need time to set up the scope and take measurements, then still need to capmod^^
boyo please, only real utility you will (potentially) get out of it is diagnosing intermittent failures in vrm phases
