That Chanel bag is beautiful! I absolutely Love Chanel but with the price continuing to increase I will never be able to afford the Chanel Jumbo flap. The Coach bag seems like an affordable alternative.

TBH I kind of like the Coach style better. I like the larger quilting. Oh yes Chanel is way more expensive but also nice to have a lighter chain. I have seen this Coach bag before I so have my eye on this bag. It is crazy with the price increases. I think they increased the prices because they want it to be UBER exclusive they want only the %1 to afford them to maintain that sense of rarity. I think they felt designer fashion in general was becoming too main stream. Gotta love it. "Sometimes I get a little warm" 🤣. Agreed the Coach bag really is a great stand in for the Chanel. Chanel in caviar leather is beautiful. It is shinny and durable. I bought the classic flap medium back in 2017. It cost half what it is now. So glad I snatch it a while ago.

Thanks for going in depth! I really love the style in general but I do really like the coach style (and price) for myself. I do agrrr since the coach is so soft and mushy compared to caviar it feels like it will have wear & tear much quicker . I see my black one as “fragile” lol
Great comparison. In this case I actually prefer the Chanel ONLY because I don't like the elongated length of the Tabby. The proportions are just off to me.
Yes, I can see that. The Tabby's length is longer and I find that it sticks out from the back of my body more. I find myself tucking it under my arm sometimes to try to make it look right. Great observation! 👌💕
