You are more than likely hitting the corners on your bag on walls etc because it is big. Coach can repair the bag so I would ask for that. Keep your bag away from walls and corners when you wear it and it won’t get worse. Any bag will have corner wear if it hits things as you carry it.

When I sold to a reseller I got $3600 for it….therefore, with coach bags I just condition the leather and glad for their affordable luxury.
@@dr_sharmbaglover4321 😳 thats such a big difference. Usually people resell their Chanel for way more than what it was purchased at. Thank you for the advice, what leather condition do you use? 🩷🩷🩷
Many of the people who buy the authentic ones have kids in college and have huge student loans and unpaid home mortgages, but still spend thousands of dollars on handbags. I often recommend *condup* to them, they have good quality brand bags.
Wow, please share how you "condition" thank you. I really like the Black on Black. I'm sorry this happened though cause whatever we spend our money on we want to feel like it was worth it.
I took the Tabby Quilted 26 on a trip and it was very easy to put in its dust bag and fit in my Samsonite backpack to fly but way too small for every day. When the 33 came out with brass (instead of only pewter), I bought it also. For me the 33 is a perfect every day bag. If you are a petite person the 33 might be too big and clumsy for you so you might knock it into things without noticing. Those solid brass ball chains (that hold the leather tag) are very easy to replace (and inexpensive) but it sounds like yours is just loose. It's a very easy fix to gently tighten with needle nose pliers (wrap a cloth around the brass first to protect it from scratching), or just purchase another chain to avoid losing your tag. I would not call Coach employees. Instead go directly to a Coach store with the bag empty, your receipt, and politely speak with a manager. Great service at Coach.

Some people I know have this tabby 33. They have been using it several times more than 3-4 months without any issues. Idk why u have the leather issue already, but Coach can fix it if you walk into the store. The hang tag is no issue at all. They didn't tight the chain well. They can put a new chain, or they can tighten the chain you already have. They will fix the leather problem too. You just have to walk in, and the repair is free😊
I bought the white 26 and the same thing happened to mine and I called my coach store and they exchanged it for me and I also had it personalized. I would just take it in.
That's not fair of Coach to refuse an exchange or return based on quality issues just because you personalized the tag. At this price point especially, I expect them to stand by their product and give you a replacement. That leather peeling is not normal at all. I say don't take no for an answer. Email corporate. But its unfortunate that in two uses its showing more wear than bags ive had for years. And Coach basically said oh well. Thats basically the problem. Is their response. Thank you for your advice 🩷🩷🩷
I’m not sure your comment is appropriate. I got a Coach pillow bag, the white one, and it started to get green stains (I live in the city and I don’t have any green clothes). Unfortunately, Coach is not as good as before anymore 😢It’s actually good that more people flag the issues
When I purchased a wallet from Louis Vuitton online I had it hot stamped but I asked if it didn’t meet my standards or if it was defective if I would be able to return or exchange, I was told yes and when it came the button was not aligned I took it in and they didn’t want to exchange it however they had to honor it oh and for the tag I take off those chains on every bag and use a tiny strap I don’t know what they are called kinda like a hair tie and loop it around hmmm 🤔 if I find out what they are called I’ll edit this comment lol
@@emmeau im glad they took it back. I never got an LV personalized but at their prices I hope they don’t have any quality issues and if they do they better take it back no questions asked
That's so disappointing.
