I don'[t understand how at 4:39 the cotton is not cinnicted to anything also I threaded the needle but the thread is just hanging off the needle not attitched to anything = will that go into the material once I start the machine? the third bobbin and the cover at 5:40 is not a feature on my 'super automatic' version - there's nothing to lift up under the needle itself like you are doing at 6:29 is my version newer and doesn't need that maybe? got this machine from a friend but it doesn't look promising! thanks for any help x
Thank you for the video! I just inherited my mom's machine and I've been figuring things out as I go, but I can't figure out how to change the foot. I need to attach the zipper foot but I can't find a button to release the zig zag foot. How do I do that?
to release the foot there is a large thumb screw on the left side of the foot. Do not undo it completely just enough to change the foot. then tighten a little with a screw driver not too tight.
