- The weather was perfect and the plan was set to travel north to the top of New Zealand's North Island. Meeting up with @90 Millie and the fam we prepped for wharf fishing, Surfcasting and even took the Drones along for some 90 mile Drone fishing!
In this video we unpack the craziness of Far North Wharf fishing! where the boys get into their first landbased kingfish and we tuck into some beauty Trevally!

Hey kz was wondering what rod and reel combo you use for surfcasting
Hey bro, I'm still using my okuma nano matrix 14'6 rod and was using the big Bait runner reel when dedicated to surf.. now days I use a 10500 offshore reel. Not the greatest casting reel but great for slidebaiting.
