If Dragusin brings his A game and he usually does, Lukaku will be dead in the water.
If you check flashscores on the 28.09.2023 match between Genoa and AS Roma with Dragusin as a central back, Dragusin had the highest rating on that game while Lukaku had one of the lowest rating.

I think you are being bs on Romanias side. Romania has a great defence, and has been praised about it. Meanwhile Belgium doesn't have the same level of defence as Romania which might end up getting them a goal.

It's a team game and if Romania keeps their cool and they will be solid on defence they will get chances to score and win it, or in worst case to draw. The only way Romania lose is if they don't show up, but I expect them to be even more motivated than against Ukraine, so I predict a win for Romania with 1-0 or 2-1. I think Belgium will just crumble under the pressure they are under right now, and the only way they get more than 1 point is only if Romania does not show up, putting in the same effort they put with Ukraine.

Puscas is literally the last man you could put as Star Man. He was good in 2019, no doubt, but now he's nowhere there. He's not even in the main team formation anymore. Dragus as a striker is way better.
