    METHOD 1: Cocoa Powder
    INGREDIENTS: Makes 4 1/2 Cups
    500g Unsalted Softened Butter
    1 Can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
    2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
    2 Tablespoons Boiling Water (from Kettle)

    METHOD 2: Melted Chocolate
    INGREDIENTS: Makes 4 Cups
    500g Unsalted Butter - Softened
    1 Can (400g) Sweetened Condensed Milk - room temp
    1/2 Cup Melted Dark Chocolate - (I used Cadbury Old Gold - use when warm)
    Use a Chocolate you enjoy eating :-)

    METHOD 3: Hot Chocolate
    INGREDIENTS:
    Makes Approximately 4.5 Cups
    500g Unsalted Softened Butter
    1 Can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
    3/4 Cup Powdered Hot Chocolate Mix - Any brand any flavour

    Which one of your buttercreams is the most stable? One that will be fine and won't melt if the cupcakes are left out outside for a few hours?

    Is there a particular kind of butter used? I always use Kerrygold Irish Butter

      You can use any real butter. I normally use @Aldi butter because the Kerrygold is quite expensive here.
