I thought the Lovesick palette was one of the prettiest colour stories I’ve seen. It seems optimistic, if that is a thing for a colour story.
📚📖📕books, makeup, & my dogs, my passions😁! Wish I had more time to read. I read my fantasy early evening , physical books, and romance on my kindle at bedtime. Reading The Wicked King right now. Bought the Serpent & Dove and The Queen of Nothing for my March vacation getaway. I did buy Fourth Wing & the first Acotar book but will save them for later. Give Wildwood a try, by Colin Meloy, I think you would like the triology (it’s YA).

I have read 25 books this january. I won't mention all but I read The Fine Print and the Ali Hazelwood Novellas, I read The Wicked Kingdom trilogy and the Divine Rivals Duology and I have read some mangas. It was a very good reading month. 4 Five Stars. And only 2 DNFs.

I really like the Hunger Games books. Currently working on the Wheel of Time series, it's slow going because there's so many books and they're so thick
Just got a kindle for Christmas and I have been sooo into reading. Started the dreamland billionaire series and flu through it , threw in a couple of books for anxiety and have a ton on my tbr list. Loving these videos!

Watching these book recaps is so inspiring! I only managed 4 novels (and a handful of mangas) in January, but for me that’s good. My goal this year is only 30 books, I wanted it to be attainable since I usually read thick books. I want to go back and reread the Hunger Games before I get to the new one. The hockey book you read totally reminds me of the movie The Cutting Edge, which I was obsessed with as a teen. Totally cute romance with a hockey player and a figure skater, I highly recommend if you’re into enemies to lovers romance movies.

I just finished fourth wing and iron flame based on a recommendation from the school I work at and it was so good. I was in a reading funk and it was a large book based on fantasy and huge plot building that I generally really like but I bought it not really knowing what it was about other then dragons lol it was great I can’t wait to read the next one in the series. I just started crescent city and I’m liking it so far I did also get the first book throne of glass I haven’t started yet though.

Have you ever read the Confidence Of a wildflower series? I enjoyed the series last month even with conflicting reviews and I was pleasantly surprised and how invested i was into these. They do have trigger warnings but they did have my emotions everywhere. 😘💜

i only finished 2 books in January which is pretty sad. i finished part of your world by abby jimenez which was 4 stars for me, i loved it! then i finished survive the night by riley sager, normally i love his books but this one fell flat for me. I am about halfway through a little life by hanya yanagihara, which is why i didn't get to many other books. its quite a sad book and it's over 800 pages so it's taking a hot minute but i'm really enjoying it. i'd recommend it but definitely check trigger warnings.
