Jack, you don't know how much I enjoy your posts, as an old three score and twenty retired UK butcher and Abattoir worker sitting in a chair watching them.
Jack, In 1980 When I worked up at Burakin for seeding Cole had just released the bins with the augers coming straight over the cab, which at the time made it real easy to load into the old inter 511 combines. Did that concept not catch on. A goggle search failed to find any, think I have pics of them.
Hi Jack. You've most likely considered this before but I'll mention it anyway. People pay to come out and shoot chammels either by ground or chopper. I would definitely pay to be able to have a shoot up and help you out at the same time. I appreciate that not everyone that would sign up wouldn't be experienced or have the stomach for this and it would be extremely difficult to weed out those with abilities V those who don't but just an idea...
For a lot of farmers they don't offer this because it's a massive trust and liability issue. They simply aren't willing to risk it for people they don't know, which is completely understandable. I hunt/pest control a couple farms where they'll only let family or close friends on, many others will need someone they know to accompany you. You're probably the right kind of person, but there's plenty idiots out there that have eroded the trust
big burden to get into the political mill as you say I remember my grandfather who at 17 went to ww one France we are loosing our Australian heritage for no good reason many educated people are with you pete

Beautifully bred cattle Jack and in such great condition.
You brothers are quite athletic to jump about on those fences and chase after the cattle to open & close gates and such. Bravo!
Hi Jack, cattle looked in pretty good condition.
OMG I wish I could move like that. So glad our (beef) cattle are so quiet. I don’t stand a chance of climbing rails to get out the way.
Quite nice looking calves. Really uniform; well built
Enjoyed that, thanks Jack
