Somehow I still do have an annoying problem: My menue like "transitions", "video fx", "explorer" etc. are lagging a lot , I always have to move my mouse on this area to make them show them up. Video Preview etc. is working fluently though, no problems there - I do use a RTX 2080. Has anyone a suggestion/same problem?
If you 'have to move your mouse' to show the panel you may need to make it visible any time without hovering over it. We have tried to find out where is that option but with no success in a short time. Try to leave a comment in the official VEGAS forum, they will find a solution in no time!
@@bai appreciate the answer! Actually it feels more like a lag, meaning this "moise hovering" thing appears randomly and not natural at all.. If I find a solution I will definitely comment! :)
@@MarijanPiano Awesome! Also there is an update since one week ago.. install this version and see if it gets resolved. Otherwise just raise the problem to the technical support.

turn off hardware acceleration, also shift click preferences in your view or options and click internal and search for "so4" and turn everything to false

Can I modify audio levels inside clips freely? As in a waveform of volume. Pinnacle Studio had that in 2004.
VP doesn't organize your project folder like Vegas movie studio does? Maybe I'm missing this function, but normally in VMS you had a nice box that showed up and asked you for the name of the project and the program would organize it all into folders, like recordings, rendered media, renders, recordings, etc. And up front VMS would match media settings by letting you browse to a major clip. Just wondering if that has gone away with a more expensive program than Vegas Movie Studio?

2 or more video tracks allow you to overlap clips. If these overlapped clips have different size you can show multiple media on your video, at the same time!

Is it worth switching to 18 from 14? I am a bit torn on spending 130 bucks on the upgrade.
Have a question when placing a logo on the video using the 16:9 ratio I find the logo only gets to a certain size. It does not get to the smaller size that I am trying to achieve. Tried everything don't understand why Vegas Pro 18 does not allow the free placement of images to any size and location. Am I missing something?
