The spontaneous, raw and minimmally edited vlogs are refreshing. Almost like a stream of consciousness, exploring every nook and cranny Gabriel can access. Keep it coming Gabe!
The Jewel of the Swiss Alps! I was asking myself why this looked familiar and suddenly realized this picture is on the Toblerone Swiss chocolate bars! How very special to be in this magical part of the world. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful adventure.
I absolutely love this guy !! Gabe, you're bringing the world to us mate, with your incredible adventures. Please keep on doing what you're doing. You're making us all have much better & more interesting lives ❤️
I was just thinking the exact same thing about the heights when you mentioned it while floating above the glacier. I'm afraid of those heights from my desk at home 😂
What an amazing experience, Gabriel sorry you weren't dressed for the hike but nothing seems to stop you from reaching your goal. Even the weather!!!! Cheers
I went inside a glacier in Chamonix France. Cool experience. Literally I also took the Bernia Express gondola in Switzerland to see the top another glacier
Another awesome experience to watch. Thanks for the content, keep up the authentic style. this sure is pumping me up now for the Swiss Alps adventures soon to be in the lovely setting surrounding by nothing but mountains peaks.
Yes... isn't this wonderful! A real adventure. I love how everything in Switzerland just effortlessly works. Not sure what your plans are but the opposite of this might be Brienz, a quiet little village on the Brienzersee. Take the steamer from Interlaken and cruise down the lake's placid, chalky blue water. I was staying at the Baren Hotel right on the water eating fish in their restaurant and I asked, "What kind of fish is this", and the woman just pointed out to the lake.
😮oh no, you missed the right exit to the vantage point of the little matterhorn! I filmed it, you can take a virtual look if you like, or better come back. the train ride to the gornergrat must also be on the bucket list. Zermatt is simply the most beautiful place in Switzerland. Best regards
You have probably already traveled at Banff, Canada. We took a gondola & the scenery was beautiful of the Rocky Mountains. Love, love mountains, lakes, glaciers, you can't top the beautiful scenery of nature. Blessings/peace
Wow 🤩 I was there a couple weeks ago, I would never go in the cable cars, but we too had a beautiful experience. Saw wild ibex and marmots, snow still on the ground… it was very memorable
Thank you for your videos! I've been following you since Covid and really enjoyed your travels. You've inspired me to go to Greece and Croatia but if you aren't going to the Bernese Oberland you are missing an incredible experience...You're welcome! 😎
It looks very barren, very little snow in the video at 11:00. When I went to Jungfraujoch in July many years ago, there was a lot of snow on the glacier and surroundings.
Gabe, my friend, I've been a sub for quite some time, and...not to be patronizing...but I don't recall seeing you this happy and excited and nearly "giggly" before. It's fun to watch. Enjoy yourself.
Mountains are probably my favorite atmosphere so this is an extra special watch for me! If you read this, are there any new countries that are on your horizon that you haven't been to
Good morning Gabriel ⛅ ! great video with that stunning mountainous landscape ⛰🏔🗻🏞!! what a great hike 🧗🧗♀!! These mountains remind me of Himalaya 🌬🌫❄🌦🏔 ⛷🏂🚴♂ !!
That really was an amazing experience, thank you for showing us. You were so close to the newest Alpine skiing downhill track (for the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup) that will finally have competitions in November as in the last year it was lack of snow. It is something similar experience than Aiguille du Midi cable car in Chamonix, similar heights and also on the national border (if going from Aiguille du Midi to Pointe Helbronner on France-Italy border on the glacier cable car). Sadly weather didn't cooperate entirely - I'm crossing fingers that it does when you take the Gornergrat train ride. Opposing to people's popular guess, the Summer snow cover of mountains above 2000 m high in the Alps doesn't entirely rely only on the Winter snow precipitations as Spring is even more rich with them - when it is -5 °C, it is much greater possibility of snowing (and exceptionally snowing heavily) than at the -10 or -20 °C as air can bear more water vapor at higher temperatures. So Spring is normally even more important here than Winter for the entire snow cover and that high in the mountains Spring is the season with most snow (before snow starts melting in the Summer).
Gabe, thanks you for showing us this amazing journey. It looks absolutely amazing on the TV screen, so can I only imagine it to look even more amazing in reality. Keep on hiking/cruisin' ✌️⛰️🚠
I just love the vibe of this video. I am from Bangalore & often feel intimidated by how upscale Switzerland can be at times. But this video shows how chill it can be. Thanks for this, like and support to your channel
Hi Gabriel, there's no doubt that the Matterhorn has its own weather pattern. That's why predicting the weather in the mountains becomes more challenging, you can be sure of one thing the weather doesn't change much in the Alps. The Lower elevations are milder, and the upper elevations are colder. Where else can you experience the winter in the summer?
Hey Gabriel, if you are still in Switzerland, you should visit the famous FIGU center. It's near Winterthur. About 30 minutes from Winterthur, take the S26 to Wila and then take the post-shuttle-bus to Schmidrüti. You should give them a call before visit, they have special visiting hours.
Hey bro. Not sure if you will see this, but watching your videos bring me a peace of mind. I roll my blunt and just put my headphones on and go on adventures with you. Thanks for what you do. I’m sure there a lots of me that watch you and think the same. If one day we ever run across, I’ll buy you the beers you want, cheers mate. God bless.
Hi Gabriel, it's so amazing to see you on the Swiss Alps. While the rest of Europe is sweltering in high temperatures you are feeling the cold. I find this part of the world fascinating. Thank you for taking us along for the ride. I only have one observation, iMHO the scenery is spoiled by all those buildings/construction. Anyway, I am so looking forward to your next adventure. Stay safe.
Awesome editing and great commentary of the Matterhorn and surrounds I was three years ago in winter completely different but got altitude sickness did you get any gabriel
No politics, no bs just pure travel content. The original and best travel vlogger.
I think Gabe is in a state of blissful ignorance- no bad thing.
No doubt

That gondola ride to Italy sounds incredible.
Much cheaper staying in Cervinia, the ski village on Italian side.

Wow Gabriel amazing, when I was in Switzerland in 2018, I almost went on the cable car, Gondola, they cancelled it because it was completely cloudy
Great video on this Switzerland tour , Thanks ❤

Awesome video! We were at Bettmerhorn today to see the glacier and the Matterhorn was clearly visible. Hope you went back there today :)

Have you tried the 'knödel' already? Käse-knödl, Leber-knödl, Kartoffel-knödl, etc... these are kind of dumpling balls in sauce or soup.
That was an incredible gondola ride despite the clouds!
I was a toddler when I went to the alps which was in 2007, I never went to the alps ever since, definitely wanna visit it again soon!
Exellent.. Magnific.. Brilliant.. Video of you.. Thank you very much 🍀👍👍👍
Looking forward to the next one.

Very nice scenery 👍🏼😁
Good afternoon from Arizona. Heat wave. 2 PM
I was there last week - spent a week in the Swiss Alps
I recommend Salomon x ultra 4 gtx. Low or mid. I use them from -5 to 20 degrees celsius. Waterproof, super light

GO JUMP IN THE LAKE AND SWIM TO WIZARD ISLAND
Just Amazing! ❤
From a month at sea level increase to the hikes of the Alps with no acclimatization? You do manage to maintain your health while traveling. Well done!
altitude doesn’t really start becoming noticeable until you are far above 3,000m and even then only after while.
Amazing isn't it ❤

Love the mountains, vancouver BC my fave
I was here last year, took the same gondola ride.
Spectacular video and scenery and I always wonder how they were able to build the gondola so high up.
Some pretty advanced technology, that's for sure.
Thanks. Simply b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l ! Enjoy there

I imagine it does get quite chilly in the winter. Please do not drop litter in Switzerland.
Love your music choices 😊

Come to Sarajevo for Trebevic cable car and Belasnica olympic mountain !!!
Gabriel love the videos from Switzerland. We stayed in Lugano Switzerland for a few days in 2000. Ticino part. They speak Italian and English.
Good morning! Very nice and dramatic views! The weather obviously not in your favour but your passion is greatly appreciated
Thanks!!!
Switzerland is on my list :)
classic video. maybe include,a shot of, reference maps where you are at in relation to your hike.
Awesome video Gabriel and the views are stunning. However I get bad vertigo and would never ride that Gondola thing. Lol. Glad you did it for me. 😂😃👍
Greece looks relaxing and very nice but this is way more exciting IMO
Finally recognizes how spectacular Switzerland is, Greece can't match.
Awesome! 👍👍
Incredible
$100 for a gondola ride is crazy, but for those views, I couldn't argue paying for it, and if I ever get over there, I will.
Take a trip over to Italy, Cervinia maybe.

My mother lived in Switzerland for five years after WW2. Amazing country.
WOW! There's no one there! 😮 That is crazy....

Oh NO you missed the other viewpoints tgat are open at the top. Maybe next time Great video x
