I'm a 30 year old grown man and I'll never forget the wonderful childhood memories he gave me. I've continued to play his music throughout my adult life, and will continue to do so. His passing hits hard for all of us who grew up with radio Disney in the early 2000s. It's been a couple days and it's just now hitting me, he's really gone. I can't believe this. Love you brother. Thank you for everything you've done AC. I'll see you on the other side..
Definitely agree i came here and sang this almost verbatim i would sing this and feel so cool back in the day lmaoooo definitely a song thats a part of many core memories from pre teen days 😂😂🫶🏽
The irony of everyone getting sentimental about a guy who was clearly warped by his childhood fame... maybe you people should start questioning if making children mega stars before they reach the age of puberty is a healthy thing? Haley Joel Osmont, Corey Feldman, McCauley Culkin, Matthew Jake Lloyd and countless other men I grew up on, all end up being permanently f'ed up from childhood stardom and maybe it's time we start dismantling that, even if their songs make us feel good for a whole 15 seconds.
This was my favorite childhood song from Aaron Carter when he was a kid I also like the Jimmy Neutron songs he sing too back in the day it really is sad he passed away he will always be remember

I started out crushing on Nick, but Aaron really stole my heart! I'll always remember him as this version of himself and his bubbly personality. I envisioned him being a great father and he was starting off great. He even had a new TV show coming up and more music. I remember this song being heavily rotated on Radio Disney when it first came out. I was 7 at the time and I thought this was just the coolest song; I even used to have his cover of “I Want Candy” on a hit clip. Definitely good memories and times that have long gone by. Rest In Peace, Aaron.
Remember the disney movie with Aaron Carter and Hilary Duff were they sing "I want candy" and "BOOM BOOOM BOOM you make my heart go BOOM BOOM BOOM SUPER NOVA GIRL"
I was 7 years old when this song was released and was a huge Aaron Carter fan. I was obsessed and had this on hit clips and constantly had this album playing. Now I am just so heartbroken over his loss. I always hoped for the best for him to get better. Praying for his family and loved ones and fans everything. Now here I am listening to this in honor of his memory and reliving the nostalgia. Rest easy Aaron.

I was 15 when this song came out. It was my secret guilty pleasure. Made me dance when I was sad. A talented human being gone too soon. Rip Aaron Carter
I haven’t listened to this song in years, but I remember seeing it when I was a kid. Aaron was so talented from such a young age. It was heartbreaking to see him hurting his whole life and people making a joke out of it. Rest easy.
I remember seeing this at 13 years old (we were the same age) and having my first gay crush on him. Learning he was bi years later was sort of retrograde validation in a way lol, and I always hoped to meet him. :'( He was such a sweet kid and super talented with music, especially toward the end. 😭💔🫡
I remember this song being heavily rotated on Radio Disney when it first came out. I was 7 at the time and I thought this was just the coolest song; I even used to have his cover of “I Want Candy” on a hit clip. Definitely good memories and times that have long gone by. Rest In Peace, Aaron.
It was a great time and era before September 11th anyways
Remember the disney movie with Aaron Carter and Hilary Duff were they sing "I want candy" and "BOOM BOOOM BOOM you make my heart go BOOM BOOM BOOM SUPER NOVA GIRL"
@@AconservativeThought I think it was a Lizzie McGuire episode from 2001
RIP AARON & RIP HIT CLIPS
miss you Aaron!!!!
R.i.p Aaron Carter so young

I was 7 years old when this song was released and was a huge Aaron Carter fan. I was obsessed and had this on hit clips and constantly had this album playing. Now I am just so heartbroken over his loss. I always hoped for the best for him to get better. Praying for his family and loved ones and fans everything. Now here I am listening to this in honor of his memory and reliving the nostalgia. Rest easy Aaron.
omg hit clips, that brings me back 😭

First song I ever heard by Aaron Carter. Will never forget jamming to this in the car at all times as a kid, my siblings and I knowing all the words. Rest in peace, Aaron. You're loved by so many. ❤
Eternal rest grant unto Aaron O Lord and let the perpetual light shine upon him. May he Rest in Peace. Amen.
RIP Aaron I hope you find peace 😢 thank you for all the joy your music brought us in the 90’s
I had a huge crush on Aaron growing up in the 90’s. My heart sunk to my stomach hearing he passed. I still love his music to this day. RIP!! 💔🕊
RIP Aaron Carter 1987-2022
I was 15 when this song came out. It was my secret guilty pleasure. Made me dance when I was sad. A talented human being gone too soon. Rip Aaron Carter
There's some obscure Eastern European country where this song is still a hit
Probably his plan all along...
😂
lmao I don't know why thats so funny
😂😂😂😂🙄🙄😂😂😂
I can imagine their heartbreaking when they found out the blonde teenage boy looks like a skinny cokehead now
At first, Aaron made his party available to all of us to attend with him, now he’s having a huge party in heaven, rest in peace, Aaron 🕊❤️🩹
We love you, Aaron! 😢
I haven’t listened to this song in years, but I remember seeing it when I was a kid. Aaron was so talented from such a young age. It was heartbreaking to see him hurting his whole life and people making a joke out of it. Rest easy.
Que en paz descanses Aaron 😞
Representas una época genial de la música y de mi vida 🔥❤️🔥
One of my fav songs as a kid. Rip Aaron!
I remember seeing this at 13 years old (we were the same age) and having my first gay crush on him. Learning he was bi years later was sort of retrograde validation in a way lol, and I always hoped to meet him. :'( He was such a sweet kid and super talented with music, especially toward the end. RIP 😥❤
I wasn’t a big Aaron Carter fan, but he was apart of my childhood. ❤
Me too, this was the only song I knew but it was memorable
Same, 34yrs old, so young too.
Same. I remember him from his Hilary Duff/Lindsay Lohan drama.
@@Michelle-xb8mp same as me
You mean "a part." "Apart of my childhood" means separate from your childhood. I'm 58 and I was a fan of him, too.
This will always be a classic from my childhood. I remember when this came out. Rest in peace Aaron Carter. Gone but never forgotten! Fly high man!
I will always remember him when I was a kid and believe that’s how he wants to be remembered. Love you Aaron ✨💖🔮
I still can’t believe he’s gone RIP AARON CARTER 🕊️
i will never forget being 9 years old jamming out to this CD in my bedroom 💔 R.I.P Aaron
How am I totally heartbroken over his passing? It’s 3am, days after his passing and I am sobbing. So fkd up. He deserved so much better. ❤
He was given everything
Very cute kid, all the girls loved him, talented..then he did drugs and became an ugly tattooed adult.
He sure did :'(
Ughh..I can't believe he's gone. I been a fan of his for so long growing up as kid in the 90s. This was my jam. He was so talented and so young. Thanks for the wonderful music Aaron. You will be missed. Love u forever Aaron. Rip Aaron 🕊️

+Joshua Goller How did you describe my situation so perfectly? LOL

LIFE
The sounds like a Disney movie music performance sequence.
Lol I remember those pants that had zippers around the knee so that you could convert them into shorts. Do kids these days still wear those? Or did that die with the 90s?
+Orangelo I totally forgot about those 0_0
yeah i had those too
I had a pair when I was like 8 and that was in 2010
I so badly wanted those pants 😂
I owned several pairs in the early 2000's & never thought anything of it
Thanks Aaron, this was a perfect contribution to popular culture in terms of G’s
I feel like a part of my childhood died today. RIP Aaron. Thank you for the music and the memories!
