@@chuck571 i work as a chef. But when im at home id rather just put my food from the pan straight to the plate. But i do get it if some people want their dinner to look nice.

@@markcruz359 Agreed. As a Chef you do this during service. As a home cook, I never have the opportunity or knowledge to do so. It's nice to make a home cooked meal look like it came out of a Restaruant:) At least once in a while.
