Ali Kazemi Americans are becoming more and more educated about Iran and the Iranian people. In general, Americans have learned that the Iranian people are the most kind, most hospitable people in the world. Of course there are still some Americans who don't understand that Arabs and Iranians are completely different cultures...that's so sad. All in all, we mostly agree that both American and Iranian politicians are the problem, not the people. And yes, we should do the same thing as this video in reverse. I'd like to know what Americans have to say on camera

To answer your second question; Iran has always welcomed foreign journalists and tourists. I believe the reporter is a Iranian citizen and just reporting for CNN but don't quote me on this. We should be all hopeful to get back on track after the 8 years of speed bumps with the election of Iran's new president Hassan Rouhani.

Hey Salman jaan, I think you are missing the point. These people were asked to speak on the US and US foreign policy, not on Iran's domestic issues. I think most Iranians, Iranian-Americans, and others understand the issues going on within Iran itself, but are trying to make a different point within this video. The fact that they had one guy speaking with a heavy American accent was weird, but the rest was fairly accurate as many 'urban Iranians' speak Persian and English now. :)

What that one lady said is too true. Why is the American government judging other countries on their nuclear policies, when they have so many nukes themselves? If the US wants to set an example, they should destroy their nukes first. I understand that this would be a monumental task, and the government would feel unarmed without them, but it would be a great step for the US winning back public opinion.

Unfortunately, immediately after her well deserved win, the tweets were filled with racist denouncements, courtesy of her fellow Americans, the same noun that those individuals in Tehran used in expressing their admiration.

Shahin, they were asked to comment on the US and our foreign policy, not Iran's domestic issues. I think we can all agree that Iran has it's own issues, but that wasn't the issue at hand here. Either way, the perspective shared is a represents that of a pretty resounding majority within the developing world, even outside of Iran. From my experiences in both countries, I can say both countries have great people but need to take a deeper look into their politics. But that's every nation!

It does seem that the USA had shown to be heavy-handed in trying to fix the world's problems. In only small defence, they had to come in to deal with other countries's problems when they themselves couldn't in the past, mostly for being one of the strongest countries on this planet for both strength, sustainability and human rights. I'll agree that sometimes they shouldn't take the weight of the world onto themselves as a self-appointed vigilant, but more as a diplomatic team player.

@@2428-q6v that's why they FUNDED and helped the diaper head Islamic shits to take power in Iran once they (CIA) got rid of the Shah. They did the same in Afghanistan with the retarded dangerous talibans, or ISIS and Al Qaeda. All a courtesy of the US and UK.

You're very funny, you know that. Iranians learn to speak English starting from primary school and this continues until the end of secondary school. Also, a lot of well-to-do Iranians have people to tutor them in English and some Iranians have relatives who live in USA, Australia, UK and other countries who they can practice English with. Yes, this is skewed, but that's more to do with the small sample size than anything else.
