Pretty much, are you Hispanic/Latino? Means do you or your family come from a Portuguese or Spanish speaking country? And race is which race are you (white, black, indigenous, Asian, etc..,)

Ashkenazi percentage is a thing you don't want to have, or have it as low as possible. There are some nasty genetic issues with those genes if you end up having children with a person with them as well.
You wouldn't want to have it if you lived in 1930s Germany, sure.
