Chicken and Mushrooms in Jack Turtles South African Potjie

This is only my second cook up with the Potjie which was given to me by my old mate Jack Turtle folks. Tell you what, this was bloody nice. You have got to try it. If you don't have a Potjie, do it in your camp oven.
