i feel like daken, laura and gabby prevailed as logans kids in marvel comics for so long is because all three of them are so different from each other but with their own unique back stories, personalities, growths and also most importantly distinct character designs. and they aren't logan clones, but they have pieces of logan.

I hate when comics underdeveloped characters like Daken. Often turning them to one note psychopaths when in reality, their mentality, especially their humanity is so much more. Daken is pretty much Jason Todd, a boy who’s greatest role model is their less than ideal fathers. Often having to torture themselves or become monsters to have their fathers anknowledge them. Daken deserves his own rebirth and instead of writing him into a one dimensional psycho killer, write him as an actual human being, a great story about trauma, emotions, and guilt.

Also, his healing factor can heal pretty significant injuries, so I feel like the tattoo simply being too big to handle is very farfetched. As far as getting it redone, nah. Again, tattoo seems like a pretty simple thing for his body to reject instantly. I don’t get how it can even last a few minutes. It’s still weird.
