Welcome to my hometown.
Kuih keria is a popular traditional Melaka cake. In Melaka, many visitors are concentrated around the stadthuys building built by the Dutch, A Famosa Fort and St Paul Hill where the Church was built by St Frachis Xavier. But not many people know that there is another Dutch defense located at St John Hill (Bukit Senjuang by Malay) about 2 kilometers from Jonker Street. You can Google St John's Fort.

Bummer I was hoping for coconut doughnuts. Not sure about the dragon candy. Stop the press Shelbs never tried an oyster [ absolutely my favorite ] Was the crispy crab soft / tender?? Love crab. Stop Shelbs go sing. Yummy coconut cookies. I would have had coconut fried ice cream. I am very used to those kinds of Tacos living in Chicago. Never Chicken for me [ always steak, ground beef and even 1 place has the unusual Lamb, ALL so yummy and delicious ] Outstanding from start to finish.

Don’t even get us started it was so good!! Honestly everything was pretty dang good. We love street food so much. Glad you like it too!! 😍

It is my hometown. You need to try Chicken Ball rice and also Chendol near Jalan Hang Jebat, opposite my father's art gallery named Jehan Art Gallery.

I hope you guys didn't miss out on Satay Celup while in Malacca. It's the Satay sauce that's to die for.

You have to try Asam pedas melaka and grill fish portugis....but u have to be careful..sometimes restaurant owner over charge to tourist..
i guess you can try "roti canai" for breakfast and "nasi kerabu" for lunch maybe "satay with peanut sauce" for light bites, these are traditional foods at the same time not so strong flavour, not so sloppy or too much gravy . probably upload at tiktok too malaysia use tiktok more.
I'm watching your videos and thank you for your both like and enjoy Thai foods and i very worried about your bag i have a good idea maybe if you walking street you shouldn't carry a bag on your back as it's not safe when you're walking and try some foods be careful and i hope your both have a good in Thailand 🥰

i don't think i could afford to go to night market anymore because the prices are crazy expensive. Those tacos usually cost MYR5-6 but now is MYR12. the sweet potato doughnuts usually 3pieces for MYR1 but at those market 4pcs for MYR5?!!!!
We agree! Pretty expensive compared to other ones we have been..
Some of the foods there are pricey but it’s good for experience.

Compared to arab sweet/dessert ours are not too sweet.
