Session 1 is a fully body reformer workout with no props. I use the Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer AKA Pilates IQ Reformer, but you can use any reformer.

Can you believe the running and the heel lowers you did before the running healed my very painful plantar fascia that I've held for 20+ years, thankyou for including them in this workout!!
@@juliebridge7590 I am also having an issue with the muscles on top of my left foot - the running/heel lowers helped with stretching those muscles out. I just love Melanie and her workouts! So glad to hear your plantar fascia is healed!
