great video. would love to see more torp stock battery and 72v battery testing, performance, viideos! plus your different tunes on sport and eco on both!
Thanks! Yeah, I definitely plan to do more Torp videos when the weather permits.
Thanks for this, why the amber light? what are the pros?
Thanks for commenting! White lights have less contrast compared amber lights. Another reason is that higher color temperature lights (white) have shorter wavelengths, which cause more refraction, e.g. more glare and light bouncing off particles, like dust, fog, or snow, back into your eye. Amber lights (long wavelength) cut through particles better than white lights. This is why amber lights are great in poor driving conditions. If you have ever drove your car in the fog and switched to your parking lights.. you can notice this very quickly ;)
@@clu801 awesome thanks for the explanation, makes sense.
What’s the thing under the tail light (mud guard?) and what’s it for?
New to surron bikes and want to learn (2024 Surron lbx…stock orher than some thicker tubes because originals one got a flat…think I was running to high psi for trail riding)
Yeah, its a mud guard for the shock to keep it clean and lasting longer. It gets pretty muddy here in the spring and fall on the trails ;) Be careful to low of PSI and you will spin your wheel on the tire and shear off your valve stem. I ran 20 PSI on the stock wheels. It was enough to keep the wheel from spinning on the tire.
@@clu801 thanks for the tip!
How's your shoulder doing now?
It is doing so good! Thanks for asking. It feels totally normal!
@clu801 Glad to hear man, hope you go a lifetime without anymore shoulder problems.
It's not worth it
For me.. the cable harness and switch was worth the $34. But maybe not for everyone.
